Date - Date on bottle says bottled 01-03-14

A - Pours out a supper clear light golden with a two finger white sudsy head that leaves behind beautiful lacing.

S - Sweet caramel malt, and slight dank and floral. Not to much in you face.

T - Dry Bitter bite in the beginning with lemon zest, spic, resiniss, light caramel, slight pine, and floral notes.

M - Medium to full chewy soft and pillowy body with an aggressive bitterness that is assertive to you tongue.

O - At first I was worried with the aroma of the beer but the Taste and Mouthfeel really make this beer come alive and become a great drinking enjoyable IPA. The mouthfeel definitely stands out on this and leaves a lot of other ipa's wanting in this department. Wonder what this would have tasted like when fresh. If you like the way your beer feels in you mouth and you like IPA this one is a must have, Cheers!

Pours a huge, dense, resiny head that laces like mad and has great retention. Great, floral hop aroma with citrus in the background. Hazy, straw color. A nice, citrus rind bitterness starts, some floral aspects, too. It fades (into almost nothingness, which lingers for a moment), then peaks in a medium-high bitterness as it becomes more pronounced in the citrus rind flavor. Finish is citrus rind bitterness.

This isn't bad. The beginning is great, but then there is that awkward moment of almost nothingness as the citrus rind bitterness swells. I like the beginning a lot, but then it's only so-so for me.
