On-tap at Hops Craft Beer Wine Bar, Morristown, NJ
A: The beer is hazy amber red in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high off white head that died down but consistently left thin head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass. The head died down and left just a collar sound edge of glass.
S: Light aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with some hints of funk.
T: The taste follows the smell and had flavors of raspberry purée, but there is a little funkiness and only faint bits of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on palate with moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink since it is light bodied and not that funky. The raspberries add a little complexity.
