Appears an inky black with a fluffy tan cap that sticks arond for a while before fading into a gentle film and hearty collar. Lots of scattered bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of roasted barley, cocoa powder, black grapes, and vanilla cream.
Taste is of th aromas with a standout black grape and roasted malt with bakers chocolate bitters hittng the tongue.
Mouthfeel is full bodied, spritzy up front with chewy bubbles hitting the back of the tongue with bitterness before the swallow.

22 oz bottle. Black body, tan colored head. Nice lacing and retention. Aromas of burnt malt, dark roasted coffee, sweet chocolate, metal. Flavors of sweet sugary malt, minor oak/bourbon and roasted barley. This is barrel aging not done so well.

A - Pours pitch black with a thick, creamy toffee colored head, and sticky lacing that sticks to the sides of the glass like cotton candy.

S - Cocoa, toffee, cream, oak, and bourbon.

T - Follows the nose with cocoa and caramel toffee cream, a trace of cherries, followed with a generous portion of bourbon and oak, alcohol warming on the way down and the initial flavor dissipates and leaves the palate with a coating of dark chocolate and lingering oak.

M - Medium to heavy medium body, velvety smooth.

O - Great nose, great nose, great taste up front, but dissipates quite quickly after the midpoint is reached.
