12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, orange zest, lemon zest, orange rind, floral, grass, light pine, bread, light caramel, and floral earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of hop and moderate malt notes; with good strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, orange zest, lemon zest, orange rind, pine, floral, grass, bread, light caramel, and floral earthiness. Good amount of earthy floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, pine, floral, grass, bread, light caramel, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops and moderate malt flavors; with a very crisp malt/bitterness balance and slight cloying bitterness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops and moderate malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

650ml bottle poured into a 24oz ale glass. Served straight out of the fridge at around 4C.

The beer pours a dark copper colour with about a finger of white head. The beer has a dominant orange citrus aroma, with subtle sweet caramel and mild maltiness. It smells like a not so over the top IPA, well balanced. The taste is slighty bitter with refreshing citrus flavours, some mild peppery notes, as well as earthy and floral tones.

This is a great starter west coast IPA. It is not over the top bitter or boozy like many of its counterparts, and is easy to drink. There was a lot of very refreshing citrus and floral notes which made this an enjoyable beer from start to finish. It was mild yet complex enough to keep you thinking after each sip.

Pours amber with a white head.
Nose shows spicy, herbal and earthy hops along with some sweet, bready malt.
Quite malty flavours, more bready notes along with some caramel before the spicy earthy hops roll through followed by an assertive bitterness.
Nice moderately thick body.

On tap at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tacoma, watching the end of the Iron Bowl. Auburn over Alabama, think I'll have another Immortal.

Served up in pint glass. Clean looking copper color, catches the light well. Goes down smooth, but as with all Yankee IPAs it has that perfumey taste. I'm a soldier though and press on - I'll get past that flavor. I break through the barrier and am rewarded for my persistence. Nice finish. I look forward to drinking several of these when I have the time.
