Serving Type - 500ml bottle poured into a weizen glass.

Appearance - Poured with almost 3 fingers of bright white, stiff looking head which dissolves into a sad soapy substance pretty quickly. Beer itself is a cloudy, golden straw colour with hints or orange running through it. A tremendous amount of carbonation is visibel.

Smell - Some light citrus, most likely grapefruit and orange. There is also a pleasnt spice smell which mingles nicely with the citrus. Finally, I'm picking up a bit of wheat in there too, but not as much as I was expecting for the style.

Taste - Hmm not a lot going on here. Some spices, but not as much as I anticipated from the nose. Same can be said for the's there, but barley. Little to know malt or grain flavour.

Mouthfeel - Light body, crazy amount of carbonation makes for a crisp drink.

Overall - 3.5/5 Not a bad hefe, but certainly not a favorite. I certainly wouldn't turn it down on a hot summer day on a patio.

Served in a weizen glass.

Appearance: A semi hazy gold colored body with heavy bubbles right from the beginning created a white head, maybe 2/3".

Smell: Raw hop scent, maybe some banana skin. Very light indeed.

Taste: Has a mellow banana feel to it, but the bitter hops aren't exactly what i was expecting for a hef. Not really complex but good enough.

Mouth: I honestly must say heavy bubbles with a light stickiness to it.

Overall: It's a good beer, dont let my review ruin hyour;s not quite like my favorite hefeweizens but does the job. For about three bucks or so a bottle not a loss at all. Salud!

Pale hazy gold with lots of clumpy clingy head.
Grain, spicy grass and slight wax on the nose.
Dough up front, fresh apricot and peach, slight noble end.
Fruity finish and herbal linger.
Light, crisp, creamy, thin.

Quenching if watery, big on stone fruit and keeps some wheaty body. Trouble here is that the classic Weiss yeast is almost totally absent, both on the nose and palate - no banana, no cloves. So while it's pleasant enough, it's not a great example of the style, especially coming from Bavaria.
