I have had this a few times as its a local brew to me but am surprised it had not had a review on here before.

The head recedes pretty quickly but that has never affected how I personally look at an ale.
Definetly enough going on to keep you interested in this copper coloured beer with its malty taste and a nice hoppy finish. There is a bit of fruit hidden in there. Its not a big taste but it is very very easy to stay on for a while.
I downed 3 pints in a lovely Sussex beer garden in late may as the sun set and the Swifts and Swallows put on an aerial show for us as they perfomed their evening insect hunt.It was only the dogs who were getting restless and wanted the second half of their walk that caused our party to leave this likeable pint behind for a little while.
