Draft. Pours clear amber with a moderate head. Aroma is malts and sour dough. Not sourdough, but sour-smelling dough. Taste is very flat and bland. Malty and earthy, but with a dry finish. Based upon other's ratings, I may have got a bad one. But based on what I had, not recommended.

I poyred this average beer into my tumbler at 50 degrees. The beer was a nice golden color but that was about it. no head came forth from the bottle of this beer. The smell was okay with slight hint of caramel and bready. The taste was little hoppy and really flat. Fullers makes a lot better product than this, but I will not buy this one again.

275 ml bottle, at The Beehive pub, Brentford, London. ABV is 3.6%. Deep golden colour, moderate head. Aroma like a decent standard bitter, notes of malts and some fruit, hints of caramel. Reasonably hoppy flavour throughout, pleasant to drink. Not bad at all for a beer this low ABV.

Appearance – Bright orange in color and clear with a modest head.

Smell – This ale has a nice, easy, grassy citrus nose with some lovely summer fruits backed up by a creamy grain.

Taste – The taste here is bitter and full of rindy orange. The sweetness is orange, too, but not that sugary type of orange. This is more like raw tangerine sweetness. I can also pick up some lesser fruits like watermelon. The grain backbone rounds things out. This is probably the smoothest grain flavor that I’ve had to date.

Mouthfeel – Light to medium-bodied with some good bitterness and extremely smooth.

Drinkability – This is pub-perfect. It’s the kind of beer that you’d just love to get on-tap and not change your drink all night.
