On tap at a Fuller's pub near King's Cross.

A: beautiful fizzy yellow gold.

S: Nothing memorable, some citrus and hops, mostly just a generic "Beer" smell. This brew's weakest point.

T: Not as fruity as you'd think, some citrus and sweet cane sugar taste to start then a memorable smoky finish.

M: fizzy but not tingly, very smooth finish as it goes down the throat. So so drinkable.

O: Love the taste, love the look. Summertime in a glass as one Hammersmith bartender memorably told me.

Poured from the 50cl bottle into the Fuller's Organic Honeydew glass, which is a stemmed pint.

Beautiful honey color with a fluffy white head with medium retention.

I love the smell. There's a nice aley goodness with a touch of nice bees' honey, not artificial honey smell.

The taste follows the nose. A very simple ale with little alcohol or hops kick, and plenty of that nice honey flavor, but definitely not too much. Just a touch, and it's a good one.

This is one of my favorites. An excellent refreshing summer ale. Beer connoisseurs may think it's a little on the plain side, but it's exactly that that endears it to me.

Luckily, this ale is being widely promoted in Hong Kong, so there are many more places it can be found, and it's the least expensive Fuller's bottle available here.

Poured from a 16.9oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light gold color with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick on the glass.

S: The aroma contains honey, light caramelized malts and some hops.

T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of honey and caramel. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a decent. The after-taste is slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while but there are better beers in the style.

Tasted it on tap at Fuller’s. Pale yellow color, with a decent but swift head.
Very nice aroma of honey (ps. Need to taste the bottled version to check if loses this character), though initially was not sure if having something similar on taste would be nice. But it did feel great. You can still taste some honey sweetness but at an optimum level and matching perfectly with its malts and hops. Aftertaste is zesty and sweet.
Light body and light carbonation.
Well balanced and packed with refreshing hops. Excellent drinkability, I could be drinking this all day long.
