poured into a snifter

Light pale hay hue with a white head that is put out immediately.

Hmm.. the aroma is a bit funky, not off putting but not very good.

The taste is much better. Plain though. Wheat, mild malt with the faintest hint off sweet honey.

Nice mouthfeel. Pleasantly in the middle, not especially dry but no unpleasant sticky residue.

If it was hot as balls out I would really enjoy something light like this, but I won't chase one down. A quencher.

A - Light blonde transparent body topped by a thin white head that sticks around surprisingly long. Excited carbonation.

S - Orange citrus and a little bit of grainy wheat.

T - Lemony citrus and barely detectable honey flavor.

M - Thin body, clean fresh finish.

D - Easy to drink for beginners ;-) my girlfriend enjoyed this one. Not as high on my scale, but a good wheat.

A- Gold with a nice bright white head.
S- Sweet wheat, American wheat that is, no clove or banana here.
T- Very light wheat taste and sweet. Not that same old stale wheat taste that a lot of American wheat beers seem to have.
MD- On the thin side, and very easy drinking a good summer beer.

Can’t find a lot to get enthused about here. Had a bottle in a Wisconsin bar where it was the nearest thing to a micro-brew and the bottle had been in a flourescent lighted cooler. No complaints about the color, smell and taste are not off-putting.
Another bottle from the ”Leinie's Lodge Tackle Box” improved my opinion somewhat. There actually is a slight spicy weizen aspect in the nose that improves the tasting experience. Still can't say where the "honey" part comes in.

Had this on draft in Minnesota, can't really remember the town or restaraunt, but not pertinent

Poured golden with a 1" white head. Some head retention & lacing

Smell: Slight honey & malt notes

Taste: Sweet, malty &slightly fruitty. Finishes with a sight honey flavor

MF: Light, but okay balance & carbonation for the style

Drinks okay in the spring, but not sweet or complex enough to reccomend to other than fans of the style or curiosity seekers

Pours a light straw yellow and slightly chill hazed.

Wheat, light honey sweetness.

Honey, wheat, fresh grain, and herbal hop bitterness.

Light-bodied, high carbonation, crisp, fresh.

Overall, light in flavor but goes down easy. An enjoyable hot weather beer.
