A: Red amber brew topped by an off-white head.
S: Roasted malt, biscuit and lightly floral aromas.
T: Toasty bread, malt and slightly hoppy back end.
M: Smooth, clean and quite malt forward. Hoppy clean finish balances.
O: Balanced brew that is extremely drinkable. Tasty.

Had this on tap at the Ditka restaurant. Not overly impressed. Found it to be rather flavorless. Had a hard time distinguishing any hops. No nutty or fruity undertones. Rather disappointed. I didn't see too many other guests ordering this ale. Should have been a clue for me. I guess Ditka should stick to making wine.

I drank this on tap at Ditka's in Chicago into a pint glass.

The beer is a light very clear amber. The head is off white with about a finger of good retention. Lacing is ok.

The aroma is light, nothing special with a little hops.

The taste is light lots of rye mildly sweet.

The feel is nice and decently drinkable.
