Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Sam Adams Pint glass:
Appearance: pale straw with some amber color, slighlty hazy.
Aroma: not too much aroma, some grassy hops, and some pale malt smells. Some "off sweetness" not sure if its DMS or diacetyl or a little of both, but something smells a little off.
Flavor: moderately bitter front, not a REALLY bitter IPA, malt is caramely sweet, but not very "deep" or round, just kind of straight forward caramel with maybe, just a touch of crystalized malt. And then some grassy flavor from the hops, which im thinking is due to the grassyness i picked up in the aroma.
Overall: kind of a boring IPA, id like to see some more flavors to balance everything out, its pretty black and white. Cascade hops through and through and malt flavor is pretty neutral, i personally like complex IPAs, that use hops to enhance flavor aroma and even the malt through bitterness.

This is a good, solid beer, although more of a pale ale than actual IPA, and yet leaning slightly to the hoppy side. Amber/copper-gold, it has a small, creamy off-white head very slowly shrinking to foamy ring, wisps, some lace.
Aroma is very nice - berries, toasty bread, caramelised toast, grass, golden raisins.
Taste is nice light, zesty, grassy-berry bitterness with toasty bread, light raisiny-caramelly sweetness, leaning slightly to slightly spicy bitterness. Bready finish. Not coplex. but solid and very enjoyable light pale ale with firm character. It's great with roasted almonds.

Umm. A joke. Smells like malt liquor. Looks like malt liquor. Hoppy? NO! Bitter? YES ! Hint of Caramel? NO!
Malty? YES! TASTES LIKE MALT LIQUOR. If it was a malt liquor I would give it a 2 out of 5 though. But overall very distant from an IPA.

I'm not getting the "hint if caramel" that they boast, and it's more metallic tasting than bitter. Serviceable, but not much of an IPA.

Comes out of the tap a hazy golden amber with a pale golden-buff head - didn’t get much of a head, but that apparently is an artifact of the pour, and it leaves generous lacing. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, mainly apple with a little banana, not spectacular or strong but still inviting. Strongly hoppy flavor is somewhat bitter with woody and fruity notes. Texture has plenty of fizz and sass though just average body. Not the best IPA I have ever had, but certainly worth at least a try.
