This beer tastes like a cheap lager. I'm not going to name any names, but it ryhmes with butt wiper. They claim its brewed with three hops, but none of them are even barely noticeable.
I don't know how they can call this and IPA.
I will never buy this beer again.

Pours a deep, clean amber. Huge, off-white head of carbonation. Lovely lace, too.

Nose is adjunct grains and some citrus hops. Not altogether terrible, but not quite there, either…

Taste is heavily malted, but with some hops notes most definitely popping through, I get a dry, vegetal, oily citrus hops finish. Overall, not too impressive for an American IPA, but as a pale ale or English IPA, this one covers most of it's bases.

I really enjoyed this IPA. Some will criticize for lack of complexity, but this beer is subtle beauty. Smooth, crisp. Not much head or lacing to speak of, but the taste is balanced and full throughout. The bitterness hides nicely behind hints of orange and spice. Sweet, spicy aftertastes lingers that I actually enjoyed, which I usually don't with an IPA. 6% abv= not overpowering but a appropriately detectable. The definition of solid/refreshing.
