Old notes, especially about the taste:

No. 3224; the 2012, had in 2013;
Fruity complexity, ranging from acidic (apple, grape, pear), to citrusy (orange, grapefruit weaker than expected, lime), to ripe (peach, apricot), to tropical (banana, light pineapple);
The sweetness is mild, provided by the fruitiness, and toned down by wheaty malts, lightly toasted bread; the spice is classic, with some nice clove mostly;
Also has a hay-stacky note, followed by herbal and floral goodness from the hops, which don't exactly nuke on the finish (not bad);
Alcohol is hidden nicely, and only tickles, helped by the pleasant carbonation; the resulting aftertaste is mildly bitter, leaving traces of the fruitiness and a wheatiness that lingers for a while;
A perfect weizenbock

Later edit: Just had the 2011 vintage, and the fruitiness is off the charts. Huge orchard fruit and exotic lytchee. The rest are the same. But the hops hugely enhanced the fruity character. This is extremely tasty, a real treat. Just a quick edit of the ratings, setting taste to 4.75.

Color- cloudy gold. Huge, thick head.

Aroma- spicy radish and damp grain.

Taste- An interesting and unique brew. Starts with a slight floral bitterness with a soft traditional hefe weisse mid-body, finishing with a unique, lingering floral yet earthy mineral aftertaste. The floral hops remind me of Deus (from France); a head to head test against Deus would be interesting. Purchased in Dallas from the Korean store Super H Mart. This is a 2012 brew, numbered 16688. The card with the bottle makes some interesting pairing suggestions including "pickled vegetables, Parma ham, pasta, creamy ripe cheese, and fruity desserts." I recommend pairing with knackwurst and sour kraut.

Tasted on 12-30-2013. Poured from 750 ml bottle into a Liefmans Goudenband glass (my preferred all purpose beer tasting glass).

Label shows 2011 but no drink by date or conclusive born on date.

Slightly hazy peach color with white head.

Subdued banana and clove in the nose. Some berry notes. My guess is from the Nelson Sauvin hops.

Deliciously fruity esters coming through with a banana and lemon kick in the end. Very good mouthfeel and even easier to drink. Doesn't come through like 7.3% at all. As this warms a bit more phenolic notes come out and a bit of sulfur. The malt character is complex with some straw and and oily character from the large amount of wheat.

This is a fantastic beer. I'm not sure it warrants the $17.99 price tag for a big bottle but it was tasty.

Fluffy off-white head on top of mostly clear, golden brew. Has a thick, sticky lace.

All the usual suspects (malt, yeast, clove, banana) in the aromatic lineup. A bit of oddball grass and some floral notes are almost overlooked.

Light and fruity with pear, white grape and green apple. Caramel, grain and spice are in the background conspiring. Alcohol only becomes discernible at the very end, even though it's obviously right under your nose.

A very subtle beer with just enough champagne essence to make it light-hearted but with enough beer muscle to keep up the attitude and get the job done before it strides off perfectly into the distance making you reflect on its genius.

750 ml bottle. 2012 vintage. Poured a solid rocky cap of white head, really solid retention. Colour is a musky light brown, slightly golden with a lot of visible carbonation. 4

S – light spicy floral aromas, biscuit malt, apple and soft fruit notes, cherry, orange, fresh herbs, grass/meadow character with an appetizing sweetness. Gets a bit spicy as it warms. Some yeast notes emerge. 4

T – a initial crisp grape character, then tending towards lychee and kiwi, with a slight tartness, like unripe berries or pineapple but sweet enough to be really tasty, a bit more fruity sweetness, pear, slightly bready malts. A mild bitterness on the finish, with more juicy berry notes, some wheat notes with a bit of a subtle creaminess and a very fresh floral and berry character. Finish is toasty, full-bodied and has a lingering grapevine note. 4.5

M – soft and creamy, lots of body and feel to it but super drinkable, no alcohol presence and the wheat creaminess really soothes this out, but a hit of tartness is really refreshing. Quite a lot of carbonation actually, vivacious on the palate. A refreshing beer, with a lingering vineous aftertaste and a bit of dryness. 4

A really delicious beer, the hops provide a full delicious taste ontop of the really solid malt base, not as tropical punch as NS can be, this had more soft kiwi, lychee, pineapple and a slight tart aspect. Balance is perfect and it drinks very well. A tasty and complex beer that drinks much lighter than the abv. Would make an ideal summer beer. I would tone down the carbonation but otherwise enjoyed this, balance is quite good and the tartness works well with the wheat, another winner from this brewery.
