Ideal for celebrations: "Meine Festweisse" - the lucid golden wheat beer, renewed from the traditional Oktoberfest beer recipe. Its fresh citrusy note is derived from precious Cascade hop and the fruity Schneider yeast - a real treat, unrivaled in freshness and drinkability. A great companion for Mediterrenean and light dishes, and - of course - festive gatherings.
Hops: New Zealand Cascade and Hallertauer Tradition.

I drank this one very quickly on a quick stop-in at Kegzistence in Plsen in September 2023. Notes are, therefore, minimal.
L. Dark yellow like tropical juice with a quickly receding, bright white head.
S: Banana and Apricot. The slightest touch of clove.
T: Dominated by cloves and backed up by a spicy, fruity layer. Very nice.
M: Light and fluffy, like a good hefeweisse.
O: A very tasty hefe fresh from the tap!
Cheers!

Pours clear, gold in color with two inch head. Taste is banana and clove with dry hay. Slightly bitter, moderate high carbonation, light body. Really good. A bit more bitter than I am used to for this style. Not my favorite from the brewery but good.

Swirl poured a 500ml bottle into a weizen glass. A big two finger off white on a cloudy apricot. Good head retention. Lots of fine lacing.
Banana bread and fruit in the nose. A sweeter smell than most.
Again sweet fruit. Some citrus spicy/floral. Well balanced. A very slight hop finish.
Light body and moderate carbonation.
An excellent Hefewiezen. Smooth and well balanced with some interesting fruit notes. Recommended.

Delicious festbier. Coloured from 50cl bottle. Murky, hazy and dark amber gold. Soapy head which dissipates swiftly. Banana bread and malts on nose. Taste follows with peppery sharpness and sweet, dry finish. Chewy enough feel. Good Hefe.

poured from a 500mL bottle into a tall kapuziner hefe glass. pours a beautiful hazy golden orange with a rather small amount of foam for the style - my only knock on the appearance of this beer. it’s a stunner. wonderful aromas of citrus, banana, clove and banana bread. taste follows with tons of citrus and a heavy handed dose of wheat giving it both a filling (in a very satisfying way) and drying finish. thick, full mouthfeel thanks in large part to the wheat. overall, this was excellent. everything you could love about / want in a weissen bier with a slightly amped up abv and more orange citrus flavors and aromas.

500ml bottle into a tall glass. Appears to have been bottled on 7/27/21, so well over a year old.
A careful pour reveals a crystal clear golden yellow body with good carbonation. The bright white head persists throughout leaving scattered lacing.
Banana and floral aroma.
On tasting, not so much banana but a strong floral taste. Very clean.
Mouth above medium, finish a little drying
Overall, given the age, a surprisingly good beer. No citrus or hop notes, but the smooth clean floral makes for a enjoyable drinking experience.

Undecipherable date code on bottle; drank 10/21/22 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly opaque, dull orange rust appearance.
An even pour yielded a small bright white head; decent lace.
Banana, orange peel & mild black pepper notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Banana & orange peel flavors up front; mild black pepper bite on the finish.
A nice hefe!
