On draft at the brewery.
Poured a dark straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was poor retention and decent lacing.
The smell featured a light doughy malt and earthy hop.
The taste consisted of a soft round malt highlighted by an earthy hop spice. Light sweetness.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Overall a tasty pils.

Served on tap at the brewery.
Appearance: Light white head, disappeared quickly. Little to no lacing. Clear yellow color, as expected from a pilsener.
Nose: Hints of bitter hops but a clear floral honey aroma. Smells refreshing.
Palate: Optimal carbonation. Not as much honey as the nose predicted, but a very refreshing light beer. Very slight hops well balanced but very little malt. A great beer for drinking in the sun, but the lake. No real surprises, but I think that is what makes this brew enjoyable. Could easily have a few of these.

Had with my sampler and noticed no one had it yet on BA. So from my notes:
The beverage definitely had a clear yellow appearance with a thin head. Aroma-wise, I sensed some wheaty grains wrapped around a bready sweetness. Nothing too powerful. A little sweet, almost honey-flavored tastes, but weaker on the bready flavors seen in the smells. Crisp mouthfeel made this a refreshing drink in the Lake George summers. Overall, pretty good.
