Formerly 'Dirty Blonde', Dirty is an American Style wheat beer with a twist. We brew this beer with American ale yeast which keeps it light and refreshing. Dry hopping with Cascade and Centennial lends a strong grapefruit aroma and citrus flavor.

Overly carbonated, wheaty and bittered. Even with a gentle glass tilted pour, left with two-thirds head. Had this after a Hill Farmstead Pale Ale--what a dropoff!

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange to yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about thirty seconds. Light speckled lacing roams around the glass. The smell starts off with some peach inducing a light herbal/grassiness leading into a semi-sweet citrus. A light rind-like quality runs into combine. The taste moderately blends the citrus with the peach and the herbal/grassiness. A light amount of citrus blends into the aftertaste and leads to a wet citrus finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light and still the bitterness is mainly subdued. Overall, not a bad beer, but I don’t see it as a wheat ale. Probably could have again for me.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a deep amber with a frothy head.
Aroma is wheat with a citrus herbal hops.
Th beer is light in body but it works because the hops and malt almost a saison feel.
Excellent beer, perfect for a later summer evening.

Very interesting and... aptly named!
Pours with a respectable, creamy head. Unfiltered indeed! The break is a hazy, almost murky amber hue, with noticeable sediment that stays in suspension with a light swirl or two of the bottle.
Aromas are earthy, unexpectedly. I got a fermenting hay, not-quite-barnyardy, but musky quality. Also, dry grass with some mild with some light orange blossom, pithy citrus rind, and a few faint pine cone in the back.
Flavors really follow the nose here. Quite refreshing and crisp, but not at all clean. Over-ripened mango and pineapple, with a moderate bitterness. Again, something musky and something vaguely but pleasantly like sweet compost, like a pile of autumn leaves. On a hot, wet, day. Dry grass clippings, sawdust, something else subtle and hard to pinpoint.
Lighter bodied and easy drinking, even with all the grime and murkiness. The hops come through well to make this one quite refreshing.
The soul of a citrusy, juicy, clean IPA, packaged in a dirty, unfiltered, brew that has many traits that remind me of a farmhouse brew.

Some nice hop flavor that is balanced by some citrus, but it feels a little watery to me. Pretty solid overall, but it tastes a little hop-heavy and watery leaving a bit of balancing to be desired. Not as good as other Adirondacks I have had, but it is a good beer.
