Decanted from a 12 oz (355 ml) bottle into a shaker pint glass; no production information evident.
A: Pours a hazy amber color with a quarter inch, white head, low retention, and soapy lacing.
S: Fruity bouquet. Aromas of citrus (?lemon), caramel malt, and sweet cookie evident. Maltier as it warms.
T: Caramel and bread flavors predominate. Bitterness very strong at first, resolving as warms to provide a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
O: An enjoyable drinkable American IPA, somewhere between EC and NE is style.

12oz bottle into a tulip. I've had their IPA on tap at the restaurant, but this is a different beer. Always glad to try something local.

Golden and slightly hazy, with a fluffy head that laces nicely.

Smells of pine and juicy grapefruit and orange.

Taste is mostly juicy citrus hops. Some malt backbone here. A bit thick, but not sweet. Overall, the flavor is quite good, if somewhat understated and muted in the finish.

Mouthfeel a bit thicker than average, but not off-putting.

Overall, this is a tasty, citrus-y IPA, and one of the best beers I've had brewed within an hour or two of me. I will definitely buy this again, and I hope the brewery is successful in their relatively new bottling operation.

A: The beer is rather hazy orange yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and the sides of the glass as well as a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of citrusy hops along with strong underlying notes of caramel malts. Only a light amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Unlike most of the IPAs on the market today, this beer offers more of a balanced taste between the hops and malts.

A-Cloudy orange, two finger head, well carbonated, some sediment and lacing.

S-Good deal of hops, citrus, grass, vanilla and grapefruit

T-Grassy, some pine, citrus, vanilla and some bitterness. There is something else that I can't seem to place though that is slightly off putting.

M-medium bodied, some carbonation and smooth.

O-A good IPA but that taste I couldn't place was slightly off.
