"A big, American-style India Pale Ale with a beautiful deep orange hue. American malts and enormous Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, and Crystal hop additions give this beer a crisp flavor with a huge citrus aroma. Silver Medal winner at the 2016 TAP NY Brewer's Festival.

Honestly this beer tastes like hot garbage! The color, mouthfeel, and even aroma are OK....but the taste holy cow.

I enjoy a great and bitter IPA, but this one tastes like it's been aged on burnt cedar and old incense. Maybe I had a bad batch or something, but it is so horrible, it was dumped after one sip. Never again will I even attempt to drink this beer.

Absolutely disgusting, I expected more from an "IPA of the Month" IPA.

Since it came via mail from beer of the month club, I had high expectations.
A phenomenal head and beautiful lacing. However, the taste is not what I expected at all. Can't even describe it. Not my thing, that's all I can say.

Good head production and OK retention. Body is crystal clear and light amber in color.

Nice WC-IPA style nose, with big tones of citrus, a touch of pine, and a backbone of caramel malt. Just a touch of tropical fruit and pungent dankness, but the emphasis is on lemon, ruby red grapefruit, pine, and citrus peel.

Promise of the aroma holds true on the palate. High bitterness; citrus and pine, supported by a hearty dose of caramel malt. Fairly dry and effervescent finish, mildly puckering, and clearing the way for the next sip. Hop oils linger on the gums.

Fairly nice IPA from a brewery that’s new to me. No date printed on bottle. Pours a slightly darker golden color with a little fluffy white head that slowly faded and very scant lingering lacing. Smells of muddled fruity tropical hops, malt, vanilla, bread and caramel. Also some floral hops in the background. Taste follows the nose, lots of grapefruit, pineapple, melon and orange. Quite crisp and a decent hit a bitter hoppiness. Smooth mild mouthfeel with a good carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

From a beer of the month club. Poured orange-peach colored with a very fluffy head of white foam that slowly (several minutes) settled down. Scent comes across with melon, tropical fruits, and a bit of pine. Taste follows, but the more traditionally hoppy pine is more evident. A pleasant malty backbone helps to take some of the edge off. The feel is medium-to-full bodied with a linger bitterness in the aftertaste. Enjoyable, but not my preferred type.

Look is a hazy gold translucent beer with a 3/4" head. Smell is citrus hops, and not much else in the scent. Taste is yeast, spice, and hops in the end. Hops were not as pronounced as the scent was. Feel is adequate carbonation, very even mouthful. Hops are not as powerful as perceived, but the citrusy taste along with the bitter tastes come thru. Beer also has a light feel overall with a small aftertaste that remains, mostly hops.

I'm trying a bottle of this beer at my good friend and old neighbor from Oswego house. The beer poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bold pine hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with pine resin flare. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
