A very good beer from a great beer city. Agree with one reviewer who found it slightly metallic. Tours and tasting at brewery.

App: Golden amber with millions of cascading bubbles supporting a fluffy white head. Lacing in rings about every centimeter down to the ever-present head.
Smell: Light hop perfume sits above a sent of stale malt. Not bad, but not altogether appetizing.
Taste: Quite metallic at first, but improves as it warms to give off more of a malt sweetness. The hops are more defined as it warms too, to balance out the brew. I suggest drinking it warmer than it would normally be served to get the most flavors and avoid the metal taste.
Mouthfeel: The metallic taste also brings a metallic feeling, that remains even when the taste is gone. It makes my teeth feel funny and I don't particularly like that.
Drinkability: It's not hard to drink, but it's also not a beer I would go back to again. Getting through the one bottle is easy enough, but it does not entice me for a second.
