Very refreshing with a lingering dry finish. Standard Wit taste of corriander and citrus. Fruity notes. Hint of pineapple. I would recommend someone try this beer. Would be great while out in the heat or the summer sun.

My first go was not in the best conditions. However, I was able to relax and sip on an ice cold Island Wit. Immediately you can taste a refreshing mixture of coriander and orange zest. Crisp taste with a pleasant and lingering aftertaste. This is the type of beer I would sip on all day at the beach or on the lake. Give her a try.

Cloudy yellow color with thin white head. Dry. Some fruit and slice notes at first. Flavor dies quickly - no lasting finish.

L: Poured from a bottle to a weizen glass. Had a pale yellow color and a somewhat hazy consistency. There was a gigantic, creamy, bright white, long-lasting head. Spotty lacing.
S: A slightly odd (kind of musty?) aroma of wheat, spices, and citrus.
T: Tasted of a good amount of spices (coriander, in particular), a nice shot of citrus (orange, a little bit of lemon), less wheat than I would have thought, and a peppery finish. A slightly unusual flavor that grows on you the more you drink it. Spicy, fruity, and sweet.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: Not your typical American Pale Wheat Ale (if there is such a thing), but it somehow works. Very good for a hot summer's day.
