A complex malt character is balanced with just the right amount of hops, resulting in a clean full flavored beer.

Solid and enjoyable amber. Drinks with some flavor but not overdone. Good color, good taste, whats not to like. Well done.

Pours a dark color that resembles a Barq’s Root Beer with a lot of head, but it's a very average tasting beer. Not worth the price, will not be repurchasing.

Easy drinking for an amber, not a strong back bitter.

Half the can date is lost, sometime in 2021
Pours a very large frothy 3 finger tan head with fair retention, messy lacing, mostly clear auburn to a dark amber color
Nose sweet reddish candy malt, caramel, toasted, fair candy sweetness, little nutty, toffee
Taste brings more sweet malts, toasted reddish candy malt with plenty of caramel and sugar flavors, toffee, light roast, toasted sweet bread, mild reddish fruits, light bitterness, mild sweet but drier finish, bit more spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med to lighter carb
Overall it's OK, nothing special, too sweet and candy like, most of the carbonation went away on the pour

12 oz. Can dated 069/21
Translucent brown with red highlights. Two fingers fine tan head. Sheet lacing and a full cap.
Vanilla, tea, toffee, light tobacco scents.
Nuts, light roast malt, light pepper, brown bread flavors.
Bitterness which expands as one swallows, light body, stubborn carbonation.
Nothing objectionable, but no standout flavors.

Poured from a can (can’t tell the canning date, bought it on IOP back in September) into a pint glass
L: pours a clear amber (living up to it’s name!) with a very thick foamy head. Not much lacing left as I sip
S: expectedly malt-forward nose, moderately sweet. Get sweeter molasses notes up front, toffee, caramel, some roasted coffee lurking as well
T: follows the nose, with that fairly sweet toffee flavor leading. Get that toffee and caramel up front, with the roasted coffee I got on the nose coming through on the swallow as well. Flavor overall is somewhat thin/light, but not watered down
F: medium carbonation, medium-/light+ body, fairly thin, easy to drink
O: a decent malt-forward amber that presents some decent toffee and caramel character on the nose and swallow. Flavor a bit thin, but overall a good beer

On tap. Pours amber with white head. Medium slightly crisp body. Caramel malt herbal hops and red fruit fill the mouth. Long dry finish. Tasty brew.

Poured from can to tulip glass. Amber - duh- colored liquid with a thin ring of foam. Bready, nutty aromas. Decent feel, with dark bread, almond, and tea-like notes in the flavor. Nice amber.
