Great beer! Strawberry jam aroma. IPA taste. Reddish copier color. Strawberry and passion fruit aroma is fantastic. Think Citradelic with strawberry instead of tangerine and 25%higher alcohol.

Snagged a single can for around 2 bucks into a mason glass pint.

A - Frothy 1/2 inch of head atop a deep red amber beer clear with some carbonation bubbles in the glass.
S - Some doughy bread malt and some tropical fruity hops.
T - Well it's quite good the hops and malt are in pretty good harmony and the finish is rather sweet wouldn't really call it a pastry but it is a fruity IPA.
M - Quite smooth its light to medium in body but drinks quite well.

Overall an interesting malt forward IPA that has a good balance of bitterness.

Pours a dark ruby red with a two finger white head. Smell is floral and piney with slight tropical fruit. I definitely get a "jammy" quality. Taste is similar to nose. More of that tropical fruit comes through. I can definitely see why they call it Toaster Pastry. Sweet malts, but not overly sweet. Bitterness is moderate. Mouthfeel is pretty dry. Overall, a very tasty beverage. I like the change to 12oz cans too. Those 19oz ones were too much.

A great, ruby red color on this pour. Solid 1 finger that sticks around. Bright nose, lots of citrus and a doughy smell. Taste is almost nothing like the nose. Starts out sweet and malty, lemon and oranges and grapefruit, finishes with a touch of biscuit. Finishes dry. Really a unique beer. A solid drinker too.

This Red IPA has 7.6% ABV and 74 IBUs.

Look-It pours a mildly hazy appearance with a brownish-red copper color that almost looks like a crème soda.

Smell-It smells like cotton candy and caramel covered apples. I also get some pear and melon.

Taste-I get a surge of hops, but the bitterness isn’t overdone. The Warrior bittering hops are the most noticeable. There is a strong malt base that is caramel and bready. I also pick up on some strawberry which I didn’t expect. This Red IPA is probably one of the best Reds that I’ve tried so far. The malts pair nicely with the floral hops. This is
definitely medium-bodied and also has a sticky but slick mouthfeel.

Overall-This is an excellent Red IPA and I think you’d enjoy this.

Nice clear amber pour. Cream colored head. Plenty effervescent.

Very pleasant aroma. Pear, lemon, melon. Soft florals with hint of mint.

Over carbonated for my liking. Firm feel and medium body.

Malty flaked biscuit, lemon zest, some vegetals, green around the edges. Not too sweet. I kinda still want my pop tart though. Really not my fave style, but this is something I might have again.

This brewery has been the producer of many amazing products. This, the first brew out of their new facility, is a great new beginning. It is a new and exciting taste.

It starts deep brownish red with fine head. The aroma really grows on you. Very sweet and pungent smelling. The taste is a nice balance of mountains of hops and malts, bitters and sweets. The aftertaste lingers nicely.

I would never recommend a toaster pastry but I definitely recommend Toaster Pastry. Long live 21st Amendment (brewery).
