A crisp Mexican-style lager with light notes of spice from Northern Brewer hops.

Although this beer is not a robust Mexican Lager, there are few things to complain about. Sure, the flavor is light, but completely unoffensive, the aromas are there, although only lightly. A light refreshing beer.

pours a foggy pale yellow, small off white head, no lacing. Aroma has some sweet malts, corn a hint of fruit, not much flavor, body is thin and watery. This might work on a hot summer day.

Pours a standard fizzy gold with a fluffy head. It smells more like real barely grain than other Mexican lagers by quite a bit. The taste follows the smell and is surprisingly full with a slightly corny taste a nice bitterness to keep it from being sweet. This one is a serious crusher and I can't say it any other way. Overall a very good adjunct lager.

Straw yellow body with a bubby white head. Smell is floral hops, slightly citrus, lots of malt grain. The taste is a slightly sweet grainy delight with just a touch of bright hops. It's well balanced and refreshing. This delivered exactly what i'm looking for, a subtle and simple Mexican lager. It has the simple profile of an adjunct but you can tell all the ingredients are top notch quality. A true session lager.

I’m surprised i haven’t reviewed this before.
This is an easy drinker. Most recently, i had it from the can. Slightly sweetish, light enough. Decent.
