Aroma: Strikes me as a non-traditional IPA hop aroma. Fruity, crisp, and flowery. Kind of a noble hop thing going on along with the American citrus. Lacking the intense citrus, resin, dank aromas often found in good examples of this style. Low background malty sweetness fits in nicely. Reminds me of a SN Torpedo a bit b/c of the hops and what I perceive as that SN yeast character. Could be wrong here.
Appearance: Deep golden. Slight haze OK for this style. Fantastic head formation and retention. It stuck around at full volume forever. Perfect for an IPA.
Flavor: Citrus, peach, some spicy and floral. I'm also getting an interesting "white grape" flavor. Nice malty quality in a fairly dry beer. Very balanced but neither the hops or the malt are all that intense. Moderate hop bitterness without very much resin. Finishes with a nice lasting citrus note. Again, reminds me of SN beers.
Mouthfeel: Light and crisp with substantial carbonation. Refreshing. Fits the overall character of the beer well but on the lighter end for this style.
Overall: Enjoyable beer that I've heard mentioned a lot. Certainly worth trying. Not a classic example of the style for me but I could imagine it being very good when fresh on draft. I can't get away from thinking about a hoppy Pils when I drink this. It isn't the same but some of that character is there.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a 10 oz pub glass. A lingering 2 finger head, light straw color, not much fragrance.
Very easy drinking with some lasting bitterness, and tasty
A good choice for a WCIPA.

While I love the style, an IPA brewed with a lager yeast (Great Divide did this many years ago), and whilw this Cold IPA from 21st Amenent is not a bad beer, it is also quite forgettable. It does not stand out in any positive way, other than that it‘s well done, very clean and extremely easy drinking. Aside from that, I can‘t recommend it to my friends -it‘s almost a very well made beer without character.

It's a transparent gold with a white head. The hops are present in the nose, but sadly not as much on the taste buds. I feel like it's missing that bright bitter notes that most IPAs have as their trademark. The mouthfeel is also rather muddled. I hope it's just a bad tapline.

Large long lasting foamy off white head with great lacing over a modestly hazed amber/gold body. Hop focused aroma hosted notes of citrus and pine. Taste mirrored those qualities, perhaps just a bit more intense, as they lingered in front of the emerging malt framework. Moderately bitter mouthfeel as the pine comes back around.

Pours a cloudy gold with a nice persistent rocky head. Smell is citrus hops- lemons and oranges. Taste has a nice malt backbone. Resinous piney hops through the middle and finish. Very solid IPA flavor profile. Full bodied. A nice IPA overall.

12oz can into a pint glass.
L: Pours dull lightly hazy apricot amber w/a 3/4" soapy off white head. Light sediment in suspension. Good carbonation. Some head retention down to a thin cream. Some light lacing & banding.
S: Pineapple, stone fruit, melon, light grass, earthy. More malty as the beer warms.
T: Moderately sweet, caramel malts, pineapple, orange, melon rind, over ripe plum, citrus rind, some breadiness as the beer warms. Gentle bitterness in the finish with a medium length linger.
F: Semi-juicy medium bodied mouth feel w/a medium dry finish that lingers a bit.
O: A fruity tasting & fairly full flavored hop frwd American IPA that is quite refreshing. Sweetness & bitterness are poignant, lightly sharp and are well balanced. It is very good in it's style.

Very delicious and refreshing IPA. Has a west coast flair to it, with the pine and tangerine profile mixing nicely together for a clean finish and crisp taste.
