Poured from the tap into a tulip glass. The appearance is a clear light gold color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is light citrus. slight sour taste, very nice.

On tap at Bonds Tavern in West Orange. Pours a hazy, orange hue with moderate frothing. Tart, sour aroma with hints of grapefruit and citrus. Similar flavor profile.

On-tap 11/26/2016 at Pizza J’s in Providence, RI, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains citrus, wheat and light malts.
T: The taste starts out very tart with a strong citrus flavor. Then a mild breadiness comes in from wheat and a thin malt character. There is no hops presence as expected and there is a decent balance. The after-taste is likewise tart.
M: Crisp and smooth, light body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and dry.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not filling at all, very mild kick, good representation of style, this is a decent beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.
