Like Lady Liberty, we stand for independence and perseverance. In the pursuit of innovative beer, there is no obstacle too great. No journey too long. No fruit too gigantic. This American wheat beer is brewed with real watermelon, for a flavor that’s surprisingly crisp, dry and refreshing—summer in a can.

Great summer seasonal brew - it was a very good balance between the wheat and malt opposite the mild watermelon flavor - damn fine. Crisp, light-bodied mouthfeel with a smell that was noticeably muted. I'll be on the lookout for more of these...

Very slightly hazy golden color with a very respectable foamy head and even some decent lacing. The aroma is watermelon and bready wheat malt. The taste is light, crackers and watermelon, real watermelon flavor is nice.
The body is light, good carbonation, smooth, very drinkable.
Altogether, this is light and refreshing, good for a hot weather cooler, should be decent accompaniment for a backyard cookout.

Better than expected-- makes sense they chose a rather light beer base to pair with the watermelon because its light fruity watermelon flavor likely would be more muted if paired with other complex beer flavors. That being said, I had hoped for a tad more body given that it is a wheat beer. The watermelon flavor was exceptional -- expected to see natural flavors on the ingredients but was surprised they could deliver on the watermelon without them. Would purchase again but probably not often.

12 ounce can poured into a tulip glass. No canning information given.
L---Just this side of crystal clear, medium bright gold color. Big fluffy head faded slowly and left nice lacing. Plenty of bubbles coming up from the bottom.
S---Sweet wheat, but I don't get any watermelon.
T---Same as the nose. In a blind taste test, I would identify it as a wheat beer. But not a fruited one.
F---This is supposed to be a crushable summer beer. That's exactly what it feels like.
O---Pretty meh.

A perfect choice for a crushable summer beer. It's light and the watermelon adds refreshment to your typical wheat beer profile. This beer isn't gonna win any gold medals but if your looking to cool down on a hot day without being slowed down then this is a great choice.

A very satisfactory attempt at a watermelon beer. This beer tastes like eating crackers and drinking watermelon juice. Very pleasant.

I'd have this again but wouldn't buy it again probably. I agree with the average concensus. Definitely not a bad beer to me but forgettable, I actually assumed I already tried this
