On tap at the brewpub. Poured into a pint glass. Comes in at 6% and 28 IBUs.

A-Pours a crystal clear light amber color. It has a fluffy one finger off white head that has some nice retention and results in some good patches of lace.

S-Not a huge nose given that it is brewed with Cascade and Centennial hops. The hops impart citrus, primarily grapefruit. There is also some toasted pale malt.

T-Follows the nose. It starts with some grapefruit flavor before giving way to some toasted pale malt. It has a touch of sweetness as it goes down. It has a very low level of bitterness.

M-Medium bodied and nicely carbonated.

D-An easy drinking pale ale.

A pretty good take on a pale ale. Definitely easy to put a few of these down in a session.

Deep gold with brass notes.

Citrus, pine, lightly roasted malt. Bitterness from the hops is bold but in balance.

Yeast, malt, citrus, floral and moderate resin notes.

Rich mouthfeel, full and round. Firm on the palate, with the bitterness becoming a little harsh in the finish of the beer.

Overall, a beer with nice, bold flavor, balance and easy to drink.

(sampler tasted at the brewpub).

Appearance: orange in color with a nice one inch head that lasts a bit before falling to a thick surface foam.

Smell: orange and floral hops are easy to detect by the nose.

Taste: caramel, orange, some fruity sweetness, and a nice floral bitterness create a well balanced beer.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Lightly crisp throughout. Short lived aftertaste. Refreshing.

Overall: this is a great pale ale that can be consumed all afternoon and night long. Not overly complex, just a nice solid flavor profile.

Served in a small rocks glass.

A: Scattered lacing. Pale and clear. Light head.

S: Very malty. Spiked with Centennial.

T: A damn solid Pale Ale. Well-balanced with a malty-solid main taste and a dry finish.

M: Full-bodied for the style. Hoppy ending.

O: Very good. Very drinkable. Highly recommend. Will have again.
