A - Served a hazy copper-orange color with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head fades fairly quickly leaving behind some lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of some sweet lightly toasted caramel malt with some fruity esters and some Belgian yeast.
T - Starts off with some sweet caramel malts with some fruity esters and some floral flavors. Through the middle, some lightly toasted malts with some more yeast comes through. The finish is a mix of sweet malt with some floral hop and Belgian yeast.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feel smooth with good Belgian flavors and spices that linger.
D - Very drinkable. Very sessionable Belgian ale. Nice balance of malt flavors and Belgian elements.

On-tap at 21A
A: The pour is clear light golden color with a thin white head.
S: The nose starts off with a lot of yeast. Light malts and citrus as well as some white pepper, followed by some subtle yeast esters and apple juice.
T: Sweet apple juice along with a light breadiness to begin. Like the nose, some spice esters, but perhaps a bit more prominent. A very light/pale malt character to this beer overall.
M: The body is light to medium with a medium carbonation.
D: Singles are sort of a weird style, and this one was just sort of bland. I don't mind a simple beer, but the flavors need to be good. That wasn't exactly the case here.

Sampled 11/13/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours light yellow, clear, white head, not a whole lot of retention or lace.
Aroma is malt, bread, yeasty, spicy but light.
Flavor is heavy on the Belgium Beer yeast, bread, too sweet, low in flavor over all. Lots of CO2. Touch of fruit as well.
Body is medium, drinkability is present. Overall kind of meh, but not bad.
Tick.
