Sampled 4/25/2011 at the brewpub.

This would be a spring seasonal if they ever made it again, but these guys seem to make a new beer every week and don't remake most of the old ones. The board advertises "American style wheat, floral and spicy. / 4.8% abv".

Pours golden yellow, slightly hazy, surprisingly clear for a wheat beer, soft white head, decent lacing and retention.

Aroma is wheat, a bif of lemon, some corn, some grass, and some malt.

Flavor is lemony American wheat beer with a little black pepper, corn, some herbal qualities, and moderate bitterness. Interesting but subtle and not overly good.

Body is light/medium and drinkable.
