Aroma is dark/roasted malts, chocolate and a hint of fruit/citrus. The flavor is fruit, dark/roasted malts, chocolate and big acidity/slight brininess in the finish.

Pours a dark maroon, almost black color with a creamy tan head. Smells lightly of dark fruit, sweet brine, molasses, and roasty char. Taste is bitter and sweet, with dark fruit, some char, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, mild molasses, and a slight sweet brine flavor. Feels light and creamy, with mild carbonation. Overall a really good oyster stout.

Very dark with a brown head. The beer offers no aromas of oysters or the sea but does give off a great roasty malt and chocolate scent. The taste is really nice. It is mainly coffee and chocolate. There is a slightly bitter finish. This is a really nice stout but I didn't get anything that reminded me of oysters or salt.
