I used to always go here when I was in SF, but I believe I'll start skipping it. The place always seems to be jammed, and the noise level is crushing. The food is actually very good and not too expensive for San Francisco, but it's not a very enjoyable place to eat.

Beers are on the hoppy side, and I have not had many draft brews that have impressed me at all. The canned beers they have started doing are the much better way to get a taste of the brewery. The bar area has just a few pleasant little tables as well as the strategically placed bar. The girl servers have always been helpful, though often harried. I have to mention the awful bathroom, truly a stench like a real English dive bar full of Saturday night drunks.

Directly across the street to the west is a narrow street called South Park which opens up into an actual park. It's an intriguing classic San Francisco enclave that runs a long block to the west.

I visited 21st Amendment while in town for work. Of course I am familiar with all of their widely-distributed beers, but it was cool to come visit the mothership, as it were. It's an old school pub build-out with a couple of TVs on the wall; it's very lived-in, which I like a lot. They had 9 beers on tap plus 6 canned 21A offerings. The beers I tried were solid enough; I rarely have too many complaints about their beer anyway. It's not exactly a must-stop for amazing, undiscovered beer, but it's a cool piece of history to visit.

Located down the street from [email protected] Park, great place to go to before and/or after a Giants game. That said it can get crowded so get there as early as you can!

Good vide. Low key on a Tuesday night. Busy but chill. Sitting at back table working on client work. Mostly males eating and drinking. Service was nice, and beer selection was good. About 10 on Tap and another 8 in cans. Food was slightly above average in general but less than average for what I get at other brew-pubs. Would come again for sure.

I recently stopped in here on a trip to Northern California. The inside hosts a bar and restaurant, and I believe they brew some beer at this location as well as their San Leandro production facility. The bartender was quite nice and attentive when I stopped in. They had around 12 beers on tap with a wide variety of styles represented, and cans of their year round stuff for sale as well. The quality of everything was good.
