A hazy golden yellow color with a bit of orange hue to it. A big firm white cap persists throughout the duration of the glass.

Right out the gate it displays a wonderful nose of grapefruit juice, zest, pulp, lemon, brett and some straw-like graininess. A very bright smelling brew that is just fantastic.

The taste is tart and fruited with bright grapefruit juice/zest but without the bitterness associated with grapefruit. A light bretted aftertaste with straw-like grain and some of that Fantome house character slightly emerging. There is a mild alcohol warming factor to the finish which is surprising to this as it was not evident while the brew was cooler.

This is light in body with moderate carbonation. This is as exquisite as the normal lemon centric blanche versions (which admittedly I have not had in over 5 years.) If possible, I would drink this all day everyday. A blanche beer to end all other blanche beers, superb.

Shared at the goblin pub. Pour is a transparent pale golden yellow with a thin creamy white head. The nose is mostly grapefuit with a light note of pepper in back and a fair bit of juicy orange citrus hop. The taste is very sweet and a little sugary. Sweet grapefruit with the bitterness in the finish. Light pepper and citrus behind with a fair bit of bitterness. Body is a bit syrupy and heavy, slightly grainy texture and a wet finish.
