Poured on tap into my Club Med cup, and occasionally a 32 oz. 'beach cup', this brew pours a hazed golden straw in color. A rich and somewhat resilient cap of white foam leaves lots of sticky lacing.
Nose is of pale malts exclusively. No adjuncts can be found and the beer offers a thick grainy pils character. Hops however, never made it into the kettle.
More simple coarse bready notes in flavor and the neutral texture carried forward to the feel. A rather basic and minimalist approach to a brew, and likely all malt in my experience. Still better than many an Adjunct brew, but the lack of hops on the nose and feel keep this from being a go to beer. I actually preferred the Turks Light over this by the pool, or the Amber with dinner. Bit too coarse and bready overall.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is transparent gold, head is off white and presents 1+ fingers thick, head lingers well with solid top, some lacing.
Smell is light toasted malt, some honey, light earthy hops, limited adjunct.
Taste is toasted malt, light honey, touch of caramel, limited but earthy dry hops, lingering sweetness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall - a very nice lager - I actually pickup more barley malt with really limited adjunct notes, hopping is light but bittering; really nicely done and very popular on the island.

I ain Ga Lie. Lager. Review 8 18 22, my last night in Turks & Caicos.
Poured from 12 oz. Bottle I got from Italian Village pool bar about 10 minutes ago. Poured into clean, clear beer mug
A: VERY light (almost water) body under a slight and quickly (30 seconds) disappearing white head. Appropriate to style but not remarkable. 3.0
S: light hops and malt with distant corn scents. VERY basic smell. Actually quite forgettable. 2.0
T: slightly richer taste compared with smell but again, forgettable. 2.0
Mouthfeel: very close to water but dances across the tongue a bit. Nothing much here. 2.5
Drinkability/Overall: highly drinkable but I would not reach for another one of these so in that sense, not drinkable (if you catch my drift). 2.5

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance - The beer pours a clear golden color with a one finger head of foam. The head fades fast leaving a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is light with notes of caramel and grain and a bit of corn syrup sweetness.
Taste - The taste begins with a caramel and bready taste mixed with a touch of grain. These tastes last throughout leaving a sweeter lager taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel -. The body is light to medium in thickness with a carbonation level that is medium.
Overall - A decent lager, but nothing too exciting.

Sparkling gold with a fluffy white head.
This frothy yet crisp brew delivers flavors of corn bread accented by a light but bitter grassy bite that comes with a touch of metal before finishing semi-dry.
This has more body and substance than their Light, obviously, but as such it's a bit more satisfying.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Smell had pale malts and wheat with cereal grains. Taste was grainy with some grassy fruity hops a sweet corn malt finish. A quenchable AAL with to style.
