Sampled last night on 3/3/15. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a handled-glass stein.

Brew pours a slight hazy golden-yellow in color with a very thin white head. Some spotty lacing is seen when sipped. The aroma is of lemon zest and grains for the most part. Bit more going on with the taste with a hint of rice and even sour apple in the mix also along with some grass that left a strange taste on the tongue. Not saying it was really bad but was different. Slight strange finish though. On the bottom of the front label it says: "Ingredients: Water (duh), Fermented Rice and Sorghum Extract, Hops, Yeast". Lighter-bodied with heavy carbonation. Overall, it was just OK and nothing special.

This beer is hell liquefied. If Satan were to take a piss, that piss would refuse to drink this beer. In fact don't let the word "beer" on the label fool you. This stuff is not beer. By a long shot. Send this to people you hate.

Amanda is allergic to wheat (which sucks!!) so trying another one of her Gluten Free options. Believe me, she would rather be drinking Bell's Two Hearted with me. Stupid allergies

Poured from bottle into a pint glass

Appearance – The beer pours a clear light straw color with a billowy white foamy head with tons of bubbles popping within. The head fades rather quickly leaving just a tiny bit of bubbly lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell- The aroma of the brew is heaviest of a slightly sour lemon aroma mixed with some green apple and a little bit of a more grape like aroma. Along with these are some light cracker smells and a little bit of grass.

Taste – The taste starts with a sweeter rice and somewhat grape juice like sweetness. As the taste advances more sourness of a lemon and sour green apple flavor comes to the tongue. A little bit of a cracker flavor that is present at the start as well fades more and more as the taste moves onto the end with it being replaced by a bit of biscuit. With a little bit of a grassy and hay flavor that comes to the tongue at the end, one is left with a somewhat fruity sweet and somewhat unbalanced sour and odd malt flavor to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the flavors and the style of the brew the two were quite appropriate and made for a more easier drinking feel overall.

Overall – Ah, nothing too spectacular here. Not offensive, but certainly not a great go to. Ok overall and a decent non-gluten brew.

Very bad flavor overall. Even Redbridge was considerably better than this. It reminds me of Foster's and its horrid aftertaste. Except the horrid aftertaste-like flavor is there from the second the beer hits your tongue, and then for a while thereafter it has been swallowed. Stick with Omissions gluten free beer line, or even Redbridge.
