Big sticky brilliant eggshell white foam atop a very clear light yellow with that green tint of a Belgian wit. Aroma is noticeably coriander and fruity esters. Taste is similar to the aroma. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation and a bit of a lingering orange peel astringent/bitter quality.
Well done, elegant Belgian wit. Light with plenty of aroma and character.

Pours from the bottle a cloudy gold with a bit of a bubbly white head. The aroma is mainly coriander with some malt graininess. Coriander, cloves and malt carry the taste, with just a touch of citrus. Medium light mouth with enough carbonation to give it some crispness. Nice enough little Belgian wit.

pale straw yellow, semi hazy. One finger head.

Smell is grassy with some yeasty undertones. Coriander for sure.

Taste is earthy, dry grass. Some light citrus fruit. Coriander is there too.

Light body, medium carb. Finishes clean.

Not a whole lot of experience with this style but it's pretty good. Surprised to see the average rating. Maybe I should try more wits if there's that many better ones out there

Decent Belgian wit, heavy on cloves, little spice at the end.

Turbid deep golden. One fingered, loosely packed, porcelain white head leaves meandering lace. Soft hints of unripe tangerine and lightly sweetened lemon bars upfront in aroma. Secondary are trace clove and bready yeast hints. In flavor, citric acidity melds with understated green apple hints and agreeable impressions of orange infused sourdough. Judicious in coriander, with only a subtle, herbaceous, and slightly earthy undertone perceptible. Bitterness surfaces mid palate, and has the drying sharpness of orange peel, rather than a rounder hop bitterness. Well calculated in that regard. Lightly bodied, with a slightly viscous, but mildly chalky mouthfeel. Finishes with a transient rush of yeast must yielding to lingering citrus zest and papery malt tones. A fine witbier, with slight oxidation precluding excellence. Very solid and tasty nonetheless. Thanks to Bighuge for the opportunity.

What can I say except I love the organic Belgian White beer from Lakefront. Unfortunately, it is not available in Minnesota, or at least it is very hard to find.

I think this beer, and S-N's Kellerweis are the tops in this class. Just great stuff!

Light gold color. A full-bodied and full-flavored wit beer. Typical of the Belgian style. Light malts and a blend of unmalted wheat, oats, orange peel and coriander seed. Mild hops. Light and smooth refreshing taste. Nice flavor, Citrus flavors predominate. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is full and round. Aftertaste is slightly malty.

Another winner from Lakefront....admittedly not my favorite style but a very good interpretation...cloudy golden color..fizzy head that lingers on the glass....great aroma...wheat....citrus( I get lemon)...and some spiciness.(I guess it's the corridor but I have no idea what corridor smells or tates like)..the taste is refreshing...a real nice balance in the mouth too....decent malt but not heavy....tart, but not bitter...definitely thirst quenching...a very good Belgian White from what I can gather..
