I'm pretty sure this is just an alias for their White beer (relabeled), and it could be filed under that entry. I moved mine here for the time being.

22 oz. bomber, $3.99 from Discount in Milwaukee.
Labeled "Symphony Diamond Ale" Belgian-Style White Beer, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Waukesha Symphony Orchestra.

Pours a ghostly pale yellow, "white" almost. It gets sort of hazy with the yeast pour. Initially the 1/4" Head is a little flimsy, and carbonation is fairly low. It doesn't have the spritzy feel that a Wit should. A little bit of coriander spiciness is in there, with a dull wheat aftertaste. Mostly dusty wheat in the aroma.

Pales in comparison to Belgian Witbiers, but it will do in a pinch. Fairly middle of the road, but refreshing in warm weather.

bomber poured into a weizen glass. pours a semi hazy light pale color with two fingers of tight white head. moderate lacings.

aroma is of pale malts and citrus, with a lightly sweet character. a distant spiced feel from the coriander is present as well.

taste is of citrus with an orange like feel. a touch of pale malt and some vanilla as well. residual coriander and orange in the aftertaste.

mouthfeel is light bodied and watery, with a thin, semi crisp finish. the brew could use a bit more assertiveness.

drinkability is alright. the brew seems watered down and without much character. a dissapointing offering from lakefront.
