Ugh, why a pumpkin lager? It looks okay, a bit orange, but not bad. Smell is almost offensive, pumpkin beers don't need pumpkin pie spices. The spices by the way make it taste and feel like you're drinking the unfortunate child of a beer and a pumpkin pie. Overall, just a bad idea.

Pours a finger and half of head on a hazy straw body.
The aroma is apple cider, smoke and apple spice.
The taste is smoke, cinnamon, muted pumpkin and grain.
The texture is gritty.
Nice.

Slightly hazy pour with a quickly fading one finger foamy off-white head with no lacing. The nose is big on pumpkin spices with hints of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and caramel. The taste follows suit with pumpkin pie spices dominating. Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, squash, ginger, caramel, and clove. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and syrupy with light carbonation and a sweet finish. Overall, this is a pretty mediocre interpretation of a pumpkin beer. A little too sweet for my liking.

Had on tap at the Bryant lake Bowl. It pours a pumpkin gold color with a thin cream colored head. Pumpkin dominates the nose with a light does of pumkin pie spice. Pumpkin dominates the palate with a malt background. the pies spices are used sparihngly and are not overbearing.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 08/14/14. Sampled on Feb. 28, 2015 so this is a bit old.

The pour is a slightly hazy amber orange with a quick lasting white head.

This is what I don't get. Yup, pumpkin spices on the nose but there is also a full cherry or juicy fruitiness in the picture too. It little spice It might be because this is 5 months old that it comes across this way.

Light to medium body.

As for the taste, the pumpkin spices seem emerged in the cherry or juicy fruitiness. Again, it could be due to the past-freshness of this bottle.
