Being from Lancaster and supporting my local brewers I may be a tad biased but I do enjoy this beer. It isn't the best example of a strawberry wheat in the world but it's better then average. A really good beer to enjoy on hot summer afternoons with a slice of orange to really make the strawberry flavor 'pop'.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with some lighter hints of ruby red and some moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a finger tall off-white head that quickly reduces to a very small patch of extremely thin film near the center and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Overall this beer has a very mild smell, there are light aromas of wheat with some artificial strawberry sweetness.

T: Upfront the flavor of this beer is all wheat but the strawberry flavors come out in the finish. Unfortunately the strawberry tastes artificial and not like the natural sweetness

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: Refreshing and easy to drink, best served very cold on a hot summer day/evening. I wish the flavor and the smell of the strawberry was more natural. Quenches your thirst.
