Poured from the bottle into a nonic pint glass.

A real super honey orange amber color for the body, crystal clear in appearance with some slow rising and very small sized carbonation going to the top. Four finger off white and fluffy head with a large cap that slowly settles. Real nice looking beer.

Nose is quite floral and perfume like hop sensing, with herbal tea like notes. Very light faint toasty malts, with maybe some sweet caramel like sensations also. Pretty solid.

Mild palate with a good sense of biscuit softness. English tea like sensing hops with floral and herbal finishes and mild sweet caramel finishing out. Slightly wet and warm, but comes off a little bit like an English bitter almost with it's large herbal and floral kick. Easy drinking. Clean and full.

Overall an easy drinking pale ale with nothing offensive to match.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker pint.

Golden amber with 2-3 fingers of loose head that dissipates quickly. Excellent clarity and low carbonation.

Apple juice, biscuit, caramel and cantaloupe.

Extremely malt forward. Honey, bread, biscuit and caramel. Fruity notes of cantaloupe and honeydew with a touch of apple juice. A little bit of toasted bitterness lingers.

Medium bodied, smooth, clean and subtly crisp.

This is a horrendous American Pale Ale, however it makes a wonderful English Bitter. Mellow, smooth and easy drinking.
