This is one of the first micro breweries I visited.
A cool old tobacco building turned into a brewery and restaurant. An excellent selection of beer and good food to be enjoyed.
Highly recommended.

I stopped in here on a Friday evening around 5:00, the place was about 3/4 full. The vibe was very family friendly, lots of children here. There were 19 beers on draft during my visit, of which I tried 3. Service was very good, as was the food. Overall it's a place worth checking out.

Great food in an interesting environment. Food is artistic and different, but never pretentious. The beer sampler is ridiculous! My wife says I dont have to drink every one of them, yet I strongly disagree. A great salute to a great town.

Lancaster brewing does an incredible job making consistently great beer and excellent food. Located in an historic turn of the century building, seating is in view of the brewery tanks and a huge patio is also available for outdoor seating.

Didn't eat, just drank. We liked it here - altho' very busy on a Sat. afternoon. The Farmstead ESB was worth the visit. Bought 2 growlers of it to take home. Of course DL always loves their milk stout. PS Don't go to the "Tap Room" - in a weird location in a parking lot of a big shopping center - way better vibe at the brewery which is 15 minutes away.

They are now located at 469 Eisenhower Blvd in Harrisburg. Big restaurant. Food is good and flavorful with good presentation. Service was friendly and attentive. I found the beer to be quite good. In addition to a couple of draughts with dinner, I bought a variety pack to take home and all were very good.

I spent a year and a half in PA. This local brewery was right down the street from my place. Needless to say I probably spent too much time there.
Good ambiance, great bartenders, and good beer on tap. The food is pretty good as well.
If you are ever in the area you should definitely stop in and sample their selection.

Great food and vibe, but the clientele left much to be desired. I had the meatloaf on mashed potatoes with the milk stout gravy and carrots, and it was excellent. The beer was also great.
