This is a cool place! Well worth the visit. Its obviously not a beer bar, but sets up quote well. Cool, old brick building, with exposed brewing systems, low lighting, clean, and very welcoming. I can't wait to return again to sit at the bar.

Everything we had was excellent from the beer to the soups to the main courses. I tried the White bean Chicken Chili which was awesome as well as the pretzel fried chicken, which was another winner. Others in the party had the meatloaf, scallops w/ wild mushroom ravioli, steak, and the wild boar. No complaints and compared to similar fare at other establishments, a decent value.

The staff was extremely friendly, and willing to do their best with whatever you request. They are also very knowledgeable about the brewery and the beers.

I recommend this place for some good traditionally brewed beers (nothing extreme really) and a great meal.

I had the winter warmer during my visit with another 6er of the warmer and another 6er of the milk stout to go. Both reasonably priced @ $9 per.

Great food in an interesting environment. Food is artistic and different, but never pretentious. The beer sampler is ridiculous! My wife says I dont have to drink every one of them, yet I strongly disagree. A great salute to a great town.

Lancaster brewing does an incredible job making consistently great beer and excellent food. Located in an historic turn of the century building, seating is in view of the brewery tanks and a huge patio is also available for outdoor seating.

Didn't eat, just drank. We liked it here - altho' very busy on a Sat. afternoon. The Farmstead ESB was worth the visit. Bought 2 growlers of it to take home. Of course DL always loves their milk stout. PS Don't go to the "Tap Room" - in a weird location in a parking lot of a big shopping center - way better vibe at the brewery which is 15 minutes away.

They are now located at 469 Eisenhower Blvd in Harrisburg. Big restaurant. Food is good and flavorful with good presentation. Service was friendly and attentive. I found the beer to be quite good. In addition to a couple of draughts with dinner, I bought a variety pack to take home and all were very good.

I spent a year and a half in PA. This local brewery was right down the street from my place. Needless to say I probably spent too much time there.

Good ambiance, great bartenders, and good beer on tap. The food is pretty good as well.

If you are ever in the area you should definitely stop in and sample their selection.
