Little Creatures IPA has been updated and improved. I liked the original too, but the flavour of the new version (which I tried in a blue 355ml can) is better. Still at 6.4%, it's now one of my favourites. Anyone who hasn't tried it recently could do worse than to give it a shot.

Copper with a light haze, moderate carbonation and 2 fingers of off white head.
Smells of citrus, pine, caramel, and children's aspirin.
Tastes the same as the nose but with more floral and fruity notes and pineapple, and ripe papaya.
Medium body and low carbonation.
Got and drank in Chiang Mai July 10, 2017. Excellent brew, well balanced and flavourful. Got again in Singapore, and am drinking and editing this post March 5th, 2022.

330ml bottle poured into a teku glass.
Hazy orange amber color with thick frothy off-white head as a showcase, the head gradually dissipates with pretty good retention to a long-lasting bubble patch atop and leaves moderate amount of lacing on the glass-side.
The aroma consists of citrus, tropical, peach, pine, floral, and spice from hop as well as biscuit, dough, and a bit sweet candy from malt.
The taste is not much so intense of hop but tends to be balance with hop slightly led with its citrus, tropical, peach, pine, floral, and spice like the aroma while malt supporting with notes of biscuit, dough, and some sweet candy. The hop bitterness is not that much, mostly shortly covering the finish and flash aftertaste.
The body is rather light considering the AIPA standard, it is crisp and refreshing with smooth mouthfeel that is pretty good to carry all the things well under smooth palate. Finish is typically dry. Not that good like its Pale Ale counterpart, anyway, it is still worth a try.

The LIttle Creatures IPA follows the typical English style IPA...more bitter with subtle hints of citrus. The beer poured a golden clear with white head that laced. The scent was typical...bitter hops. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a fairly easy drinking beer....but I like their Pale and Bright much better.

Copper coloured beer with lasting fluffy white head. Quite high carbonation. This has quite a subtle hop bitterness leading to fruity caramel then a long bitter finish, Nice beer easy to drink at that ABV.

Poured from 33cL into a wine glass.
Dark orange-brown. Nearly opaque. Heavy lacing.
Phenomenal. Fruit. Pine. Loads of malt. Heavy on the fruit.
Hm. Slight letdown. Dry malt. Vegetal, earthy-spicy hops. Quite English.
Worthwhile. Though I think I might prefer the pale ale.

Golden straw with nice lace.
Stale fruit salad on nose, and lots of peach apricot and mango to taste, add pine, with a quite bitter aftertaste and a bit harsh in mouth.
Overall an OK drop, but not outstanding as an AIPA. Could do with a bit more zest and lift.

Cant believe there is not more love for this beer. Lovely hop aroma and hop taste, lots of pine and grass and well balanced malt and bitterness. Akin to a hop hog. Ive had better, but typically not from something that is available from your average bottle-o.
Quite a step up from Little Creatures who have been dishing out a standard short list of middle of the road stuff for some time now.
