Too grainy. It’s wet and cold and smells like beer. You can chug this one if you’re into that sort of thing. One could I suppose, sip these all day the beach but I’d be tired of it after the third one. I could try this again with a lime wedge but I’d rather get a Sol.

Don't like Corona much, and this is not any better. Tastes like a watered down version of the original.
Not the worst beer I've had, but far closer to the bottom than the top.

I honestly love craft beer, but at the same time nothing beats a Corona Light (or extra) with a lime in it during summertime. Going to Cancun in a few weeks and Coronas very well may be all I drink down there. Mostly all I drink when I go to any type of beach or tropical area.

Looks fine for what its supposed to be. Smells like weed 9/10 times and I give this a 1 here because Corona knows this but doesn't care and tells you to put a lime in it. Taste is unoffesive but not very great. Feel is summer. Overall a 2

Question: Can you feel more alive than riding through the Social Security office parking lot in the bed of your mate Gordon Blevins’ 1991 Dodge Ram with a Misty® Slim 120 pinched between your lips?

Answer: Yes. You can drink a Corona Light.

Looks like gold. Tastes like gold. Feels like gold. Tries to take your panties off, and you let it.

In my opinion there isn't much difference in taste to Corona Extra, just a slight amount less bold. If you like Corona Extra you'll like this, simple as that. Like the Extra, it's essential to have a lime wedge or lime juice with it, it just makes the drink.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, L067A059 bottle code. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with poor retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Slight spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. A bit of skunky aromas/flavors, but not overwhelming at all. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth and fairly bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is good. A bit thin but not watery. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.1%. Overall this is a good light adjunct lager. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Surprisingly flavorful for the ABV. Very clean pils malt/grains, and nice earthy hop presence/balance for the style. Not overdone on adjuncts. A nicely enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Thought this was better than the Extra overall.

Just like a corney water. Very little carbonation, little foam, corn smell and taste and ice cold it goes down just like water. A very corney water lol

Perhaps the poorest light beer I have ever tasted. Nothing much of a head to speak of, a lifeless body, very minor aroma, and a flavor that follows suit. I have tasted some half-decent light beers, but I will not be drinking this one ever again, not even for free.

Clear pale golden; I can't comment on the head, I drank from the bottle. Also no comment on the smell; The taste is acceptable, very mild to the point of being bland, not much flavor to it; The feel is crisp and carbonated. After working with a chainsaw on a hot afternoon, I was offered a Corona Light. I didn't turn it down. It was cold and refreshing. I did notice that the last swallow after it had warmed a bit, wasn't as good as the first cold drink. For a light beer, it wasn't awful. Had I drunk this in other circumstances, I might have rated it closer to the BA average.

This is a middle of the summer, hot as hell, chilled off beer to guzzle with a lime to add. Never poured this beer. Never will. Wah, wah. You drink it because it tastes good. In the middle of the summer. When the beer is ice cold. All right yellow in the bottle. Slam it, one, two, three. With the lime it is all right. Straw, a slight citrus taste. But that is not the point. Tell me wrong.

Another example of why I would rather have water. Just a watered down version of Corona, making a bad beer even worse. Although I will say that among Light beers it is one of the better offerings.

Safe, easy-to-drink light lager perfect for days on the beach or to accompany plentiful Mexican food. Typical yellow color with just mild head and fairly high carbonation, yet thin mouthfeel without much lingering aftertaste. Notes of fruit and light grain. Definitely has to be consumed with a lime wedge, which may or may not be a bad sign.

This tastes like the Corona Extra watered down 1/3 with water in order to reach 103 calories. Other than the lower carbs, it has all the negatives of corona Extra and no other positive. I'd rather have any other diet beer.

The problem with this site is that we're all beer connoisseurs so this piss swill is beneath us.
I get that, and Corona Light would by no stretch of the imagination be my preferred choice. With that said I think it's more useful to judge beers as to how well they rate based on their style. As far as light beers go I find Corona Light much cleaner than say Coors Light. For a light beer I'd rate Corona Light 2nd to Amstel Light in drinkability while maintaining low carbs and calories with a respectable alcohol content for the style.

Thin and fizzy, goes down easy without the offensive aftertaste of many macro brews. If you're on a diet and looking for a good session beer, I think this is a solid choice.

Fairly refreshing beer.. would be nice if I was sitting in the sand on the beach, or lounging poolside. But, I'm not- I'm sitting inside in January while it's 20 something degrees out.

L-Light yellow...clear...minimal head... lot of carbonation bubbles.

S-Fruity..apples, pears...

T-A little minerally....slight fruitiness...not a lot of flavor...bland

F-Spritzy...on the light side of light...high carbonation keeps it from feeling super thin..

O-Below average adjunct light lager. Did a blind taster with this, Michelob Light and Hamms Light and this was the clear #3. Would reach for many, many light beers ahead of this one.

12 ounce bottle at a Mexican restaurant. Pours a pale gold with a decent white head. Mild aroma of grain and grass. Taste is similar. Went well with the meal. On a hot day you would need a bunch of these.

Had this one straight from the bottle. Fizzy, light, and clear, with a grainy, corn aroma and grainy flavor. Not as skunky as I thought it would be, although these went right from cardboard case to enclosed cooler so they weren't really lightstruck. Clean finish. Not much there. Inoffensive, forgettable, and wet. Not something I'd buy, but there's worse options if it's being offered for free.

I used to like Corona back in college. It feels like another lifetime. Pee yellow color and grainy, sour, nose. Flavor is mild barley tea with very little recognizable beer flavor. I want to mention that I did not pay for this but filched from my Dad's fridge, whare it was going begging. Very carbonated. Kind of what one would expect from Corona Light.

I drank this out of a teku glass.
L. Looks great. Clear, light side of golden, white frothy head lasts a minute and leaves a lasting ring, visible moderate carbonation gently streaming up. (4.25)
S. Smells like clean hay, undercooked corn, sweet creamed corn, hay-like bitterness. Nothing too overwhelming. (3.00)
T. Water, lightly sweetened grain, light spicy/grassy bitterness then joins, bitterness increases as it warms. Flavors are light and simple but not even that bad. (3.25)
F. Pretty light body, leaning toward medium, lower than expected carbonation, pretty smooth, not dry. (3.75)
O. Not great, but balanced and refreshing. Flavors are muted to the point where I could have more than one. Cheers ! ! ! (3.25)

Corona Light brewed by Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V., with an ABV of 4.10 % This Light Lager pours out a nice golden amber color with a thin white head. The head of this brew goes away fast. No lacing to speak of, really faint in the carbonation department. The is Skunkie , this is due to the clear bottle. You do pick up on some grains and malts in the smell as well if you can get pasted the skunked smell. Now for the taste, it is light and crisp. The skunkie taste is there but it is not to bad. The body of Corona Light is well light, there is not much to it. To be honest I a fan of light brews but this one is not worth much. The mouth feel is Light Clean And Refreshing. Overall I'm giving Corona Light a Soild 3 out of 5. Not the best I ever had but not the worst either. There are better light brews on the market. But if you must try it go for it.

Bought a 6-pack from Long's $7.49
Light clear golden color
High carbonation
Light mouthfeel
Light malt taste, slight tart taste, not much more than water
Overall slightly better than drinking plain water on a hot day. Would not buy again.

Had at Butchies 50th birthday bash with Donnie Iris. Weren't many choices of beer, so had to slum. This is one step from water. Only reason to drink this is because it was cold.

I had one left in the fridge by my father in law. I was going to pour it out but decided to give it a try anyhow.

Pours a hydrated man's pee color (I know, I'm being a jerk). It is very pale and very clear.

The aroma is of harsh chemical to me, though there is some kind of sweet, bready aroma trying to push through.

Taste is sweet up front, quickly dissipating to a bland chemical flavor. There is nothing in this profile that is trying to rescue it.

Feel is thin to watery, crisp and a little seltzery.

Not impressed. I suspect this beer is all marketing (you know, summer beaches, chilling with bikini-clad babes, palm trees) The reality is It's going down the drain along with the rest of sewerage (I know, I 'm being a jerk)
