drank from an undated 12 oz long neck bottle.
crystal clear golden yellow color, bright and sparkling.
some aromas of malt, hops and biscuit, and corn.
Taste was sweet, malty some hops and a bit of skunk on the back end. Otherwise pretty flat and tasteless
Mouthfeel was crisp and clean medium carbonation slight fizz on the tongue and a lingering skunk like feel. No layers of flavor to speak of
Overall, not a real complex brew, basically a mass produced guzzler. Probably a cookout favorite amongst the non craft beer fans. It hit a lot of what a pilsner should be in feel and appearance. The taste was kind of bland.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – As would be anticipated form the look in the clear glass, the beer pours a clear golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades quite fast, leaving a decent sum of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a caramel malt smell mixed with a decent showing of a grainy aroma. Along with these smells comes a touch of herb and a hint of skunk.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather crisp grainy malt flavor mixed with a touch of caramel and corn sweetness. The corn gets stronger as the taste advances and id joined by a hint of herbal hop. While present in the nose, the skunk is not detectable in the flavor profile, with one left with a crisp grainy and corn strong taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is light and crisp with a higher carbonation level. For the session nature and the light flavors the feel is good and makes for a rather easy sipper.
Overall – A rather enjoyable easy drinking brew. I think I got one that didn’t sit in the light too long, as there was really no detectable skunkiness on the tongue. A nice warm weather session style brew.

Had at local Mexican restaurant. Very unassuming, mixes very well with the taco. Light, quickly dissipating, crisp.

Of all the AALs I've ever had I think this one has the most distinctive flavor.
It has a wonderful after taste of hops that our much blander Domestic AALs don't.
I am surprised to see it only has 4.5% ABV.....it tastes much fuller.
I should choose this one more often....I love it.

IF brewing a clear very well carbonated super light tasting beer without any overtly noticeable or amazing hops or malt characteristics is what you are trying to do, these guys nailed it. Not considering the lack of head or head retention this beer itself with its bright clear copper look really does look inviting and I'll leave it at that. ... As this beer hits the trademark light skunk aroma that a lot of Mexican beers seem to have in common, if that is what you are looking for, this beer comes through with flying colors. Also and again, if that is something you want or desire in your beer, this beer will not disappoint.

Poured from a 24oz can, undated.
On the pour a nearly 2 finger head forms then relatively quickly dissipates to a thin ring around the glass and a very thin clouds of head that barely exist. Carbonation is light and the body is a crystal clear light gold.
Aroma is sweet and corny with not a lot going on some cheap lager notes, but mostly sweet corn with some light crackery malts. Very light earthy slight oxidized hops are detectable. Could be better, could be worse.
Flavor follows the aroma but brings some skunk in the hops. It loses a bit of sweetness, but the corniness stays. Still not very off but could be better. Tastes a bit cheap but definitely could be a lot worse. Reminds me of lightly hopped white bread. Clean and grainy but a bit cheap.
Feel brings a surprising amount of co2 bite for the amount of bubbles visible. The head makes it a bit smooth and easy to drink but the finish is a bit watery. The feel dries out a bit as some malt flavor sticks around.
Overall this is a solid cheap beer that you don't see around too much. It's a bit sweet and corny but relatively clean, which is something mexican beers seem to be good at. Crisp clean a bit grainy and slightly boring.

Bought a case on impulse simply because it was $24 at Costco.
Looks rather unappealing in a clear bottle due to color resembling a lab sample.
Poured into a tall pilsner glass. Lots of 7up sized carbonation. Large full width soapy looking bubbles left in bottle. Off-white head lasts about a minute with minimal lacing.
Tastes better than it looks but not by much.
Very disappointing. Found myself drinking more often just to get rid of it!

12oz bottle into a 12oz glass. Ice cold.
L: Pours clear light gold corn yellow w a soapy 1"+ white head, mild retention to a skin, low carb, mild sticky lacing.
S: Corn, light malts, a hint of grains.
T: Corn, light caramelized malts, a light fast hop snap, a tiny bit of sweetness. It is thin tasting.
F: Snappy malts with a light bitterness lead to a fast finish. It is very light bodied, thin and fairly refreshing.
O: Some like beer light and this is perfect for them. It has the lightest taste I know of for a beer that is not called a "light beer". A fast and easy drinking Lager that is alright with a wedge of lime and albeit thin it compliments seafoods and red meats quite well. It is good in it's style.

Starting off with a slightly skunky smell and a weak one-fingered head isn't promising. The color is quintessential pilsner, transparent filtered apple juice (which I believe is how I had my first beer... thinking it the latter). The taste has some bitterness, although there is a slight smoothness that appears somewhere in the middle. The bitterness and skunkiness start things off and do hang around at the end... so much for those saying no aftertaste. Mouth feel is a little rough, almost astringent in how it dries out my mouth (not exactly why I grabbed one to drink). I'll finish this one, but I'm very unlikely to have another.

in the mainstream with other lagers from Mexico. Less offensive aftertaste than some, but nothing making this one standout from the pack. Not a bad fare on a hot summer day.

This is a really solid, underrated “beach beer” or summer beer. This should be a crowd pleaser, it’s light and crisp, delicious and easy to drink. Non-beer drinkers should even like this. I like it better than Corona and it’s lighter and crisper than Land Shark.

12oz clear bottle stamped LH270148 poured into tall pilsner glass at fridge temp 4.5% ABV. The beer pours very bright golden straw yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. Minimal lacing. The aroma is faint with sweet grain notes. The taste is semisweet grain with a hint of tart apple, lemon & grass. Mildly bitter. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with above average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Minor diacetyl, but not enough to heavily influence the taste. Overall, good AAL.

S: Smells of sweet-grains, hay, the skunky smell really masks all the other aromas though.

F: Light-bodied, high carbonation, crisp, crushable.
