DATE: June 25, 2022... OCCASION: a good trip to Hazleton, a hotly-contested Munchkin battle, and now the LOTR with the boys... GLASSWARE: pilsner... pours a crystal clear, sallow yellow body that teems with bubbles.. its head settles from nearly three fingers of white fluff to a small disc of swirling snow... garden hose, corn, sour gum, lemon dish soap, and corn flake... thin, rinsing viscosity that suggests its potency has been compromised... brewed as refreshment or a flexible food accompaniment, its weight works--but not much of a stand-alone on movie night... its flavor profile begs for a lime and salt--at only 90 calories, the missing flavor is understandable but not appreciated... the dirty dish water metaphor is sadly apt here... grains and corn, adjuncts and suds--this needs sun, sand and heat (and the lime, to be redundant) to be appreciated... I lift this in cheers to Vernie and the gents at Rod's, who built a patio where "mucho cervezas" could be enjoyed....

Appearance: Pours a lighter shade of yellow, crystal clear with an inch of readily disappearing white suds.

Smell: Flashes of corn syrup glazed grain with the chemically 'off' vibe from a brown bag-wrapped malt liquor. But, at this point, you should definitely be shoving a fresh-cut lime into the can or bottle, whether it wants to go or not. Don't you dare entertain its pleas for mercy or leniency.

Taste: Well watered down grains with a little hint of corn syrup sweetness. There's a little, slight off-putting twang to it, but, shove a slice of lime (smaller than you'd cut for the bottle) and a pinch of salt (I recommend stealing some of those little individual salt packs from a fast food joint) and you're good to go, particularly if you're at the pool baking in the hot, hot summertime sun.

Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied, watery mouthfeel. Medium-light carbonation.

Overall: Like a Corona cut with a LaCroix canned sparkling water for when the hefty 99 calories of the Corona Light simply will not do.

In a blind taste test I would not be able to distinguish this from Extra. I similarly dislike the flavor profile here, particularly whatever hop is used. Tolerable, but not enjoyable for my taste buds.

Goes down like water. Pours a light yellow. It's not what I want out of a beer, but it's pleasant enough going down. After a ten mile walk in the summer, I downed two of these straight out of the can in under four minutes and they were very refreshing. I wasn't even a little buzzed afterwards either. They have their place. Not as skunky as the regular brand. A bit of malt sweetness, some corny grain, but mostly water.

24oz can while watching bases ball

Looks way better on tap, but still is pretty looking beer. Smells like corn, malt, maybe some hop stink. Crisp and mostly clean, with sweetcorn and an odd onion/garlic off-note that isn't exactly bad (but doesn't seem intended), kinda like Corona skunk but not really. It tastes like beer flavored carbonated water

A decent muted-flavor diet beer, mainly for people who want to be drinking 4% ABV canned corn flavored seltzer... which means me: a keto diet subscribing guy who wants the no-carb beer to be invented ASAP

Poured from a bottle. Straw in color with a small white head. Light on the nose, bread, malt and a slight nuttiness I can't nail down. Taste follows the smell, nothing jumping out at me but nothing of putting either. Just an easy drinking light lager.

I usually have no qualms with the look of my drink, but the bland appearance of a mass-produced canned beer contained in a glass certainly didn't blow me away. This beer possesses a forgettable light, sweet smell. The flavor is harshly comparable to water, so much so that a lifeless aftertaste resonates. I wouldn't recommend this beer for any other reason other than for the purpose of getting intoxicated.

Light and clear. Easy to drink. Almost no scent. Can is beautiful, narrow. Certainly could use flavoring from the dispensary plant. Otherwise add lime/lemon flavoring or anything you prefer. I am older and have been having difficulty drinking any kind of beer, even light beer, without getting an immediate hangover headache feeling after just one beer. I asked the liquor store employee if he knew of any beers which mitigate the hangovers. He pointed out Corona Premier. I bought a 12 pack. Drank it all in one setting a week later at a byob party with friends. Almost no hangover. But it definitely felt like the alcohol content was considerably less than any light beer I've consumed. Could not believe I drank the entire pack. Another employee suggested I have a gluten issue. I just thought Corona produced a higher quality alcohol for this specific beer. Would love to know. This is now my go to beer for every occasion.

I found a can of Corona Premier inside somebody's refrigerator within Los Angeles County, California/USA.

Look: Corona Premier had a vague appearance similar to seltzer water.
Smell: Corona Premier had the light aroma of adjunct light beer alcohol.
Taste: Corona Premier had a faint taste of a grainy seltzer water with hints of hops.
Feel: Corona Premier had average carbonation with hints of alcohol.
Overall: Corona Premier would be a beer for people who enjoy drinking seltzer water yet yearn to have alcohol as well.

Pours a clear golden color with streaming bubbles. White colored half a finger of head that rapidly fades to just a topping of popping bubbles.

Smell is very light and faint. Getting grains. A bit of bread. Really faint on the nose.

Taste is not bringing out much. A bit of grains and a corn like taste. More towards sweet corn.

Mouth is light with a sting bounce of carbonation on the tongue. Finish is fairly crisp.

Overall for a light beer this is pretty good. If you are not looking for a full bodied beer and want something light this may work. Does not seem to have that typical Mexican beer taste. Just real light on the nose and on the taste. A very easy drinking beer. At only 4% a person really is not going to find themselves in trouble even with a big 24 oz. can. Again it is what it is, a light beer. I find it less offensive than some but also falling behind a bit in the flavor department compared to Miller Lite. Give it a shot if you are in the store looking for a light beer. This may be the one for you! Cheers!

Is it better than the “extra?” Hell no. But, if you shove a big enough lime down the neck of that bottle it will certainly do the job. This is an absolute suck down Corona. Clocking in at 90 calories, this a nice option when you want to guzzle Mexican lager but don’t want that belly to bulge.

Pours a very light yellow/gold color with a two-finger white head. Smells like straw, hay barn, slightly bready, floral. Surprisingly it doesn't have the classic corona skunky smell. Taste is bready as well, has a kinda sour flavor to it, there really isn't much to taste though. Light-bodied, high carbonation, thin & watery, but crisp. Not the worst light beer i've had, but nothing to impressive about it. Salt & lime required for the consumption of this beer.
