The lime is the best part.

BB date December 2023. Been refrigerated at least since a party on 7/1/23.

Clear gold, with one finger of quickly-dissipating (10 sec ?) coarse white head.

Smell is slight sweet grain. Not a bad smell, just that it's barely there.

Taste is similar to aroma, and like it, barely there. A little bit of dry bread crust shows up late. A tiny bit of bitterness lingers awhile after finish.

Feel is light, as expected, and not as watery as expected, though there is a bit of that. Unfortunately, the after-finish feeling, as with many of this ilk, leaves the tongue with the sensation of having licked a dry popsicle stick. There's "dry", then there's "licking wood" [this]. ; )

Overall, this isn't horrible ; there's just not much to it. As the opening salvo on a hot July day, it might be OK. Just don't drink it after anything more substantial. If it's already too late , a plain seltzer with a piece of dry multigrain toast will do you better for flavor, and save a few brain cells.
Ymmv.
Prost!

12oz bottle.

On the pour 1 finger of fizzy white head was present but dissipated to nothing pretty fast. Body is a full golden yellow.

Aroma us quite light with some cheap fermentation character and super light skunk. Corny in the back.

Flavor is super corny, but light otherwise. Definitely add a lime if you don't like corn. No real hops other than a vague skunk.

Feel is smooth and relatively dry. In the finish, but the corn is a bit overbearing.

Overall it's a light beer, I doubt it's any better than regular corona lite.

It’s what you would expect, but more crisp and actually more refreshing than regular Corona. Very light, similar vibe to Michelob Ultra.

*My score is based off the style of beer, not off my favorites.

12oz clear glass bottle. couple sips before adding the trusty lime wedge that covers up these beers imperfections. pretty much like corona extra but not extra. corona light but lighter. clear gold. slightly green glass bottle euro lager musty taste and smell to it. mouthfeel isn’t terrible. quite carbonated. not terrible. corona ‘regular’ seems like such light beer to me anyways that this is just overkill.

12oz bottle acclimated to 44°F and poured into a pilsner glass.

Pours a clear, yellow gold with a frothy, quickly dissipating, 3 finger white head.

Initial aroma does not reveal much of anything besides that basic beer smell. Although after agitating I notice a hint of toast like smell. Maybe adjuncty?

Initial taste before swallowing is vaguely sour. After swallowing there's a very slight bitterness and very little maltiness reminding me of toast, with the sourness lasting through. I'm sure I'm tasting some adjunct, there's definitely a skunk to it, sort of a dish soap.

Mouthfeel is watery, unsurprisingly, very watery.

May buy again, but not for the enjoyment. 90 calories for 4abv is pretty good. Honestly it needs to be drunk on a beach with warmth.

Reviewing again as last time I had been out for about 14 hours before I wrote the review, and I gave it 1 for everything. Maybe a little too mean? Let's try again now, sober. And without a lime also, to make it fair with other beers. Chilled to 3 centigrade.

Not sure if I understand what the difference is between Extra and Premier, supposedly Premier is lighter. Corona Extra is literally the lightest beer that I have ever had, so I'm just hoping this version will not fly away or make me talk like a girl.

Looks as usual, fairly smooth head. Aroma is like sweet malt, very faint citrus. Mouth feel is 0. Seriously 0. But I can only give 1.

Taste is the worst beer I have ever had probably. Anyone who likes this is probably American (the kind of American who loves light beer and hates West Coast IPA's). The marketing genius to put a lime inside corona is the only reason why people actually like it. I cannot think of any other rational reason that makes sense. And they call it "Premier"? Why? As it's the Premier beer in the world? Is it even the best version of Corona? No. Call it Corona Z. And watch Pulp Fiction to find out what happens to Z's. But I guess you have a marketing department, so you call it "Premier". I understand ; )

L: pale golden with a fizzy white head
S: pale grain, corn, grass, skunk
T: watery, very mild grain & adjuncts, mild grassy hops & skunk
F: very light body, higher carbonation
O: I added a lime and it was quite refreshing, but nothing I’d spend my money on in the future
