Strong carbonation stream and a light amber body with a minuscule off white head. Nose has a caramel malt backbone and a light cereal note.

Crisp and light and texture, with a generally mild flavor, with more caramel malt, vanilla and a touch of black pepper. None of it in force. Overall, inoffensive and easy to drink. Not bad in a pinch.

this is was better than a lot of other macro cerveza types, it really is, and it surprises me that its not more popular among the folks who drink those beers here in the states. there is nothing offensive about it, no adjuncty sweetness, no metallics, no chemicals, none of that, it doesnt even taste that cheap to me, i get some dry cereal grain flavor in the middle and the faintest bittering hop in the finish, its majorly clean and shockingly easy to drink, but also a little more substantial than some of its peers, and it appeals to my beerier side in that way. its also super dry and brightly carbonated, which make it refreshing to the max and really easy to slug down. really nothing wrong with this at all, and when i am in the mood for this kind of thing, i will reach for victoria again, it really is better than a lot of the rest of these that come around. wish it hadnt taken me so long to try one, i really enjoyed it with some spicy tacos and could see it working with all of that kind of food really well. if you have written all of these off, give a fresh and frosty victoria a try, you wont be let down...

Golden color with a thick head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of malt and corn sweetness and a bit of toasted malts and bread.
Flavor with notes of malt sweetness with a faint hint of toasted malts and floral hops that are not enough to give some chocolate notes. Medium dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This is the popular version of a Vienna Lager, more like a regular Mexican beer going towards a Vienna Lager. That said, this felt much better than the regular local adjunct lagers. This is very fresh which might have helpd.

another mexican lager I had when in Gudalajara. This one is decent. Smooth, easy to drink. The tiniest hint of citrus. It feels good, especially on a hot mexican afternoon!
