Bottle courtasy of Hogwildliquore.
Poured from a 12oz brown bottle into a brandi snifter. No freshness date on the bottle.
Transparent copper in colr, with a 1 finger fluffy white head. Some bubbly retention, mixed with some mild laceing.
Prodominatly cracked pepercorn hop aroma with pine and mild grassy hop aroma. Slight fruitiness comes around with a swirl as does some bready dough aroma.
This is super smooth with an oily carbonation texture. Pine, earthy hops, hemp, tobacco, and malty sweetness. There is a banana peel like flavor coming through after the swallow.
Quite a bit of malt for an apa. Hops arent as dominant as I'd hop for.
Damn this is smooth, great beer all around. I recommend trying.

This beer pours a medium amber with a small head. The aroma starts with somewhat rich banana bread and biscuit malts, with notes of almond, walnut, cedar, mint, tarragon, as well as less defined earth and spicy characteristics. The flavor is driven by semi-sweet malts, rich and sweet with walnuts, almonds, dates, and figs, as well as mint, and tarragon. The mouthfeel is somewhat rich with vigorous bubbly carbonation. Overall this is a very well done English style beer, with balance between malts and hops, and wonderful subtle flavors.

Nice copper coloring, smells with a hint of citrus. It has a nice bitter ending as far as taste goes. The feel is appropriate for the taste in my opinion, a little more carbonated than most beers I regularly drink, but not in a bad way. Overall a competent Ale that has had me coming back.

Pours a clear, copper color. 3/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of slight spicy hops, citrus hops, tea, sweet malt, slight piney hops, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of slight spicy hops, citrus hops, tea, earthiness, hint of wheat, slight pale malt, sweet malt, slight piney hops, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, complex, good appearance, blend, and body.

L: Pours golden amber with a slight haze under a 1” white to cream colored foam cap. Provides light lace.
S: Light hop and malt aromas, not much fruit action.
T: Toasty malt with some biscuit leads to a bitter hop accent. Malt driven without a lot of yeast flavor.
F: Creamy medium to medium light body and medium carbonation.
O: An easy to drink American Pale Ale with a good balance between the hops and malt.
