Poured into grip shaped goblet: color is gold, a bit of chill haze, head presents 1 finger thick and then dissipates to solid top, some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is feint malt, light citrus hops, very low strength.
Taste is light malt, some toast and biscuit, no/little caramel, hops are earthy with light lemon/citrus rind notes.
Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated, light sweetness, and a dry/bitter finish.
Overall a good pale ale, a bit limited in aroma, lighter flavors than some but all components of maltier pale ale with good bitterness, drying is just a touch much on the mouthfeel.

I got a bottle of this from my good friend and old neighbor from Oswego. It poured a slightly hazy copper with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint pineapple notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle citrus at the front and slight bitterness at the back. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Mad Anthony's pours a bronze color, with a large, long lasting and lacing head. Aroma is malty and earthy. Flavor is maltier, sweeter, earth notes, and a slight bitterness near the end. Good body and feel. Overall, its not bad, earthy and sweeter, nothing to special here.
