L: gives a clear straw golden color. Small top of head disolves rapidly. Lacings on the side of the glass.

S: bread, malt, hints of honey, herbs and spices.

T&F: Inn the start is light malt with hints of some fruity sweetness. Get more bitter in the finish with a hoppy character mixed with some grassy and herbal notes. Else it gives a clean and crisp mouthfeel and is medium carbonated.

O: overall is a decent and drinkable helles, but is far more better german helles out there. I personaly think it was to hoppy for the style.

Pours a pale golden colour, big head with great retention and average lacing. Aroma is weak, grains, herbs, bananas. Creamy palate, medium to light body and average carbonation. Taste is also weak, banana, herbs, grain. Too light.

Nice body to this beer and fairly thick head, aroma is musty malt. Taste again is malt with a sour tinge. Clear golden body with fast rising carbonation.. Something about the finish spoils it for me...too tangy

Served cool from 500ml flip-top bottle into straight pilsner mug.

L) Bright golden colour, crystal clear, lots of bubbles rising, dense 1cm bubbly white head.

S) Light munich malt, hints of honey, hints of hallertau.

T) This Helles does things the other way round; first up is a fairly strong hop bitterness for the style, followed up by a mild warming malt taste. The bitterness is there throughout, but does clear a bit to invite the next drink.

F) Pleasantly fizzy, but the bitterness hangs round in the mouth a bit too long to make this a first-class refreshing guzzler like my favourite Helles.

O) Not my favourite Munich Helles; the hop bitterness dominates in this one.

Enjoyed on the maritplaz waiting for what I have been told are some dolls that dance on the building at 5:00. This beer may turn into 20 if I have this to look forward to

A little little lighter that the other Hefe Weissen. Very smooth tasting, bubbles tasted small and almost velvet feeling drinking it. I thought this was an exceptional beer which have bought again when I can find it.
